This place is absolutely stunning, conveniently located near the heart of town, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the food. They offer an extensive breakfast menu that caters to a variety of tastes, featuring a delightful mix of classic American dishes alongside numerous healthy options. Our server, Yuli Moreno, truly enhanced our dining experience with her warm and attentive service. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. Beautiful hotel but poor service. We booked a room, confirmed it in advance, and when we arrived were told it had not been in service for over two weeks. We wound up in a room half the size, woken up by noise outside our window early in the morning (first the pool cleaners at 6 am and then a family swimming at 8 am). This is a lovely place but wow the service was not good.

Colonial hotel with all the basic amenities, very clean and the best breakfast menu with numerous healthy and innovated choices. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, specially the receptionist was very kind and attentive. For sure I will recommend it to anybody.

El hotel es muy acogedor, tiene un ambiente rico para pasar el día. Es nuestra segunda vez aquí y nos encanta. Yuly nos atendió muy bien, es muy atenta, así como sus demás compañeros. Servicio excelente y ante las recomendaciones, las atienden y escuchan

He visitado el Hotel en cuatro oportunidades; desde hace 10 años que visitamos Santa Fe de Antioquia siempre lo elegimos por su fuente, su silencio, su limpieza; sin embargo esta vez el hotel lo encontramos un poco deteriorado, las sillas de la piscina y sus cojines, la limpieza de las bases de cama, ya no hay nevera en las habitaciones y aunque se pueden encontrar insectos lo cual es normal al estar cerca a un patio y jardín, es necesario dar continuidad a las fumigaciones. Ya no vemos el mantenimiento que se le hacía al hotel en otras oportunidades. El Bruch recomendable, la atención del personal y la limpieza de la piscina es para resaltar. Y como queremos regresar esperamos que la limpieza, el control de plagas y mantenimiento pueda continuar.

Lejos de ser un Hotel Boutique de 4 estrellas! El personal esta desmotivado (especial la recepcion) y el mobiliario junto a la pisina nescesita una renovacion. Las mesas no estaban recogidas ni limpiadas y cuando llegamos habia una rodaja de limon flotando en la pisina. Los cojines de las tumbonas estaban sucio. Venimos seguido a Santa Fe de Antioquia per luego congemos el Casa Cielo Al Alma porque esto es un sueno!

El lugar es tranquilo y acogedor. La oferta gastronómica es muy rica, el desayuno es muy bueno y con buenas porciones. Las personas del servicio muy atentas. En un hotel pequeño por lo que es ideal para el descansar y queda a solo una cuadra del parque.

No tengo cómo agradecer a este equipo de trabajo. Desde la niña de recepción hasta las personas de restaurante. Llegue enferma y en realidad su atención me hizo sentir como en casa. Eso en atención!!! El lugar es hermoso, la comida se veía deliciosa, no pude comer por mi mal estar.
