Breadfast is amazing. Although it’s not buffet but very delicious and delicate. The room is spacious, while the cleaning and maintenance can be better. Some corners seems to be ignored for a long time. They don’t stock up the bottle water and coffee capsule every day. Good thing is the kettle is provided to boil water. Overall is okay, but I would expect more for a Hilton hotel

Good nothing to say

This is a truly terrible hotel. The only positive thing about it might be the breakfast. After two consecutive nights, no cleaning was done. Everything looked incredibly old. The sofa and table were filthy, and even wiping the table with disinfectant wipes left a trail of black dust. The toilet wouldn't flush without being flushed twice, and the bathroom water was terrible; it felt completely slippery and impossible to clean. Seriously, I just want to get out of this hellhole of America as soon as possible. And being in SJ DT, it's just a different place from LA DT in that there are fewer homeless people. You still need to be mindful of your personal safety.

I visited on a business trip. It was a relatively recently built hotel, so it had a clean and modern interior. The location was good and transportation was convenient.

The room is spacious and the location is very convenient, but parking is a bit troublesome. The entrance to the underground garage can be missed if you are not careful. The sink in the room is not well designed and often clogged.

The hotel is very new and the atmosphere is very romantic. The cocktails in the lobby bar are also delicious. The hotel front desk is also very nice and let us check in early.

I stayed at the same hotel for the second time three years after the epidemic, but the name was changed and the service was even better. In the heart of San Jose, next to the University of San Jose. Breakfast was very good.
