Caravelle Inn Extended Stay Reviews

Wow this is  the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. There is no hot water So if you like cold shower, you can stay here but when you sleep, you will hear the water drip throughout the entire night and the walls are super thin, so my next-door had his TV on the entire night. The towels are very worn. The entire place is like 50 years old. It’s like walking into an escape room. The smell is very musky the carpet it’s very old their stains on the bedsheets basically this is like a place in a movie that a ****** scene happen. The staff don’t know what they’re doing and if you’re waiting there, they put you in a room with no lights. It’s like a ******* house. The only reason someone will stay here is you don’t want to spend an extra $30 to stay somewhere else there is homeless people outside and it’s very unsafe. All the outlets are old and loose. There is no shampoo or body wash they give you a really thin soap.

Stayed in the same room again. Not so bad. Front desk person is always friendly. Good to stay just for sleep near the airport.

I arrived a few hours before check-in time, the staff were very helpful and considerate and sorted my room out so I could check-in early.

No hot water. No kettle, no microwave. At the very least, a microwave should be provided.

Well we got the same room twice now and there is No microwave or mini-fridge. The only good thing about the caraville is the location…

Quick overnight trip with my ibiddy.

The staff was great but the place needed renovation.

The facility is okay. The bed is pretty comfy. Not too many amenities but the price is pretty cheap.

Checked in agent was rude. Got in from work in the evening. People in the parking lot drinking and loud. Guest in rooms next to me using ***** and ppl coming and going all night. music after 11pm. Room smelt like cigarettes and BO. Carpet was dirty. I ended up staying down the street in my car for the night. Checked out the following day.

Terrible, do not recommend.

3 days, no extra towel. I have to request towel and tissue by myself. No wifi (there is, but meaningless)

This is a nice hotel to stay within walking distance from San Jose Airport even though we need 40min + walk... My room had hard floor but missed hair dryer.

Satisfied with the facilities and environment.
