Pros: A usefully-located hotel. Very good reception service. Basic but adequate rooms which are very good value. Clean. Nice views. Cons: If you are above the restaurant area, even on an upper floor, you hear all the chairs being moved around up to and a bit past midnight. The restaurant food at dinner was really bad, but masses of restaurants close by in town.

Las camas son comodas pero le falta mantenimiento de las habitaciones sobre todo en baños.Desayuno de muy mala calidad sobre todo los embutidos,crosanes...No habia ni yogures. En cuanto al restaurante, el arroz que comimos soso y seco.Para ser un restaurante de especialidad arroces deja mucho que desear.En cuanto al servicio un poco de lo mismo sin ganas.

Hotel sencillo, con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Cafetería en el plata baja con restaurante. Personal muy amable y profesional. Dispone de parking aunque las plazas son pequeñas y la entrada está en la calle junto al parque. Para salir al estar en cuesta, con la puerta abierta mejor no parar arríbate salir desde abajo en marcha.

Hôtel parfaitement bien placé pour la visite de l'Escorial dès l'ouverture. Très calme dans une impasse où nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous garer sans souci (mais il semble que l'hôtel ait son propre garage). Accueil très aimable et personnel serviable et disponible. Chambres vastes avec vue sur l'Escorial. Correctement équipées pour un bref séjour. Salle de restaurant agréable et vaste.

Estuvimos en este hotel el fin de semana del 19-21 de enero y la experiencia fue muy buena. Habitación amplia, cama de 2x2, calefacción estupenda y bañera con hidromasaje. Por poner una pequeña pega, la ducha se bajaba un poco sola por la barra, pero es por poner una pega. Además está a 5 minutos del centro y del Monasterio y a 50 metros de la estación de autobuses

Hemos pasado unos días en el hotel y queremos dejar constancia de la estancia muy agradable y del magnífico trato recibido por parte del personal. Hotel funcional, muy confortable y muy bien ubicado para las visitas. Además, tiene una relación calidad precio inmejorable. En definitiva, un excelente hotel para pasar las vacaciones. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Una foto vale más de mil palabras . Ya he puesto mi raseña en Google , pero no me ha dejado cargar las fotos y claro , si no veo no creo. Señores esto era el estado de nuestra habitación, sucia es decir poco. Vergonzoso . Hablamos de un hotel de 4 estrellas, me pregunto cómo puede tener 4 estrellas ? A parte la decoración vieja , la moqueta en los pasillos que es un foco de suciedad y ácaros, encima la moqueta estaba súper sucia , daba mucho asco , andar por allí era una pesadilla . Quizás a su tiempo habrá sido un Hotel bueno , ahora es un Hotel decaído y sucio, porque este polvo no es un polvo de un día , es polvo de mucho tiempo , la moqueta del pasillo creo que no la limpian jamás ,hemos tenido que dormir con la ventana abierta porqué el polvo no nos dejaba respirar , de hecho no he dormido nada ,me picaba todo el cuerpo , solo estaba deseando volver a mi casa . El desayuno una broma , pagamos 18€ , para un zumo de naranja de brick con hielo , un bizcocho seco de nevera , un Colacao , 2 café, un huevo revuelto con bacón crudo , de hecho no se lo pudo comer mi marido y un yogurt . Nos esperábamos un desayuno buffet , pero como éramos los únicos no nos lo prepararon , y eso no nos lo avisaron el día antes . Lo siento pero ha sido todo un desastre , lo único bueno de este Hotel es la ubicación, la chica del Bar fue amable , por los demás un desastre .

Hotel tranquilo y acogedor situado a 5min del centro. Tiene parking en la planta baja del hotel con acceso por ascensor desde el interior. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, el personal muy atento y el ambiente perfecto para unos días de desconexión. La habitación fenomenal con todas las comodidades, el colchón y almohadas muy cómodos. El desayuno muy completo y variado, personal en el desayuno muy atento. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención. Muy recomendado. Volveremos sin duda
