Hummingbird House is located within a private vineyard estate nestled in the scenic hills between Templeton and Paso Robles, in the heart of California's Central Coast wine country. A uniquely beautiful private setting with expansive lawn, a beautifully landscaped pond, lined with sycamore, and redwood trees, and our two resident swans.
This listing is for the main house with exclusive use of the gated pool and game room. There are two other units on the property, the upstairs guest studio (Vrbo 2078927) and downstairs guest unit (not a vacation rental).
The property does have several security cameras - one at the main gate, one in the parking area behind the house, one above the barn and one inside the barn.
