close to the waterfront, on a street that has a few dining options. Room is clean and very quaint and cute. Wish that there were less extension cords in the rooms connecting the room amenities but otherwise, a very clean room.

So far our stay have been wonderful! A lovely lady greeted us with a big smile on her face! She was friendly and super helpful.
The room is adorable and immaculate it’s so lovely with everything you need! Great little make up area, large closet!
Location wise it’s so easy to walk down to the front for bars and restaurants. Feels like a safe and quiet area!

I enjoyed my stay at the Sundown Inn. The room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Check-in was easy, although I arrived after 10 PM (I had called ahead to let them know). The front desk was very responsive. I slept well and enjoyed the neighborhood. It's in a great location, too, near the famous rock.

The Sundown Inn has updated wood flooring, but a quaint homey feel. Beds were comfortable. Room and property was very clean. Walking distance to shops. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

Super clean; owner- manager Anne provided the most wonderful customer service; hardwood floor, exposed rafters, quiet split type AC among awesome amenities. Absolutely our new favorite place to stay in Morro Bay.
