Hotel com excelente localização e ambiente muito agradável. Porém, por estar numa avenida mais movimentada acaba sendo muito barulhento uma vez que a acústica das paredes é muito ruim. O banheiro tb não agradou, embora reformado, tem vidro apenas em metade do Box, então acaba molhando todo o piso. Café da manhã limitado.

Estivemos hospedados no hotel no periodo de 13 e 14/09 com um grupo da Associação Atlética Banco do Brasil da cidade de Santo Ângelo, RS, sendo muito bem atendidos por toda equipe. Check-in ágil, bom café da manhã, boa instalações, quartos confortáveis, bom banho, localização central, perto de tudo.

Atendimento ruim . Interfone da garagem quebrado toda vez que tinha que sair e chegar tinha que procurar alguém pra abrir a porta. Internet funciona muito mal , não consegui conectar com o site pra acessar a reserva . Netflix e demais apps não funcionam .

La primer noche había un evento con música muy fuerte hasta las 5:00 de la mañana sin avisarnos cuando reservamos. Las habitaciones con instalaciones obsoletas, desde la cerradura que no funcionaba y los ruidos hasta cuando accionaban las griferías en las habitaciones adyacentes.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. A 3 horas de haber llegado al hotel salimos a cenar, volvimos y nos habían roto una ventana y robado nuestras pertenencias. La propietaria del hotel Norma y sus hijos Javier y Gustavo, actual Ministro de Turismo de la provincia de Neuquen, se negaron a reintegrarnos dinero equivalente a todo lo que perdimos. Fuimos a un hotel que prometía seguridad, cerramos con llave, dejamos luces encendidas y cortinas cerradas e informamos salíamos a cenar. El descuido no fue nuestro y hoy somos víctimas de un robo y un destrato por parte de los dueños del hotel, más aun siendo uno de ellos funcionario de la provincia vinculado al turismo y la hospitalidad de quienes los visitan. Asistimos a una conciliación mediante defensa del consumidor y dijeron no se harán cargo de nada, linda calaña representando a la provincia y a la Patagonia Argentina.

Excelente hotel ! Muy típico de la zona ! Cálido y amplio . Ubicado en pleno centro de San Martín de Los Andes . Nos alojamos en una de las mejores habitaciones , súper cómoda ! El desayuno es muy abundante y variado. Es mi segunda vez - la primera fue en una de las cabañas - es un excelente lugar para alojarse

Habitación muy amplia y confortable. Desayuno muy completo y de calidad. Muy buen servicio en general. Excelente ubicación: a una o dos cuadras del pleno centro. En mi opinión la única falencia es que no posee piscina.
