We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

Water pressure was terrible. There was not enough seating at breakfast. The shower head was pulled away from the wall. The thermostat was not regulated for the room as it was a central system so at times the room was super hot. When I asked to have it adjusted I was told all they could do was provide a box fan. The location to my business meeting was great and the walking path was awesome.

The suite is very nice, similar to the photo, can accommodate three people, the sofa bed in the living room is really practical. There is free breakfast in the morning, and two free alcoholic drinks per person from 5-6:30 pm. Please note that early check-in costs $100, and the check-in time is after 16:00 pm. We arrived too early and were very tired, so we chose to check in earlier. Other than that, everything else is good. The hotel is by the sea, the view outside the window is beautiful, and it is nice to take a walk.
