I really liked my stay at the Villa Mirasol Hotel. It felt more like home than a hotel. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. And the food and customer service was amazing.

The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The outside of each individual room was nicely decorated with plants and flowering plants and the ambiance felt relaxing. The food provided by the hotel was very good. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would stay in the same hotel, if I go back to San Miguel de Allende.

This is a generally well managed budget boutique hotel with some charm and very good value. We got an ******* VIP gift upon arrival but it was sparkling wine and we had no way to chill it thus could not enjoy it. We are tech savvy and well traveled but were unable to figure out the safe or tv . Finally, we asked about the safe and got immediate and friendly help. We failed to ask about the tv—our bad. Undoubtedly someone would have helped us. But it’s odd that after 30 minutes we were never able to get a single channel or log on to Netflix. And odder still that nowhere in the room guide were there instructions for the safe or tv. The people could not have been nicer. The breakfast was adequate.
