We’ve been 3 times for a total of 5 weeks. We’ve just returned from a 2 week trip and I have to say it may be are last one as the food was so bad that we only ate 1 dinner and went out for dinner every other night of the holiday. We watched as chicken and fish were cooked from frozen. The food all tastes on nothing and the smell in the dining area would put you off fish! Are first time at the hotel the food ok but it’s gotten worse every time! I love the hotel, the staff are amazing and the entertainment is good, the animations teams show is the best of the entertainment by far. I’ve met so many friends at this hotel and everyone one has said the same thing, They won’t be back unless something drastic happens with the Food.

Detailed and honest review. Great hotel! Finding the room was quite confusing, as we came out of reception and turn right across the small road was a block of rooms . Outside this block was a bar, small gift shop and little supermarket. The beach being a ten minute walk if that. There's a bigger supermarket around the corner (turn left out of the hotel and next road). The room quite small, but only the two of us so absolutely fine. Has a bath and shower. Basic hand soap and shower/ hair dispenser. Bathroom is quite large. As on holidays, storage maybe an issue but only there for a week. The place absolutely spotless, staff friendly and always cleaning. The restaurant breakfast between 7.30-10am,(which was lovely, 'proper' sausages, choice of pancakes and pastries etc)lunch 12.30-3 (with freshly grilled fish and chicken most days)and dinner 6.30-10pm. there's also a little snack bar next door (closes 11.45pm) so when one closes the other opens so there is always food around. Out of reception is the main bar in the middle. Open 10am til 11.45pm. They usually limit drinks 2 per person but they don't necessarily stick to this! To the right of the bar is a pool and also another pool further up with a smaller pool bar that opens til 5pm. We're not big on the entertainment but the mini disco for the kids were really good and interactive. Plenty of seating which is sometimes an issue on hols. Overall, would absolutely stay again.

What a fantastic place to stay with our family. It was my first time abroad, and it was a great first impression. Everyone that we met was so friendly. Everyone at the hotel works so hard to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. The food every day for seven days was faultless. My only small problem was my daughter is dairy free, so choosing dinner for her could be a bit difficult, but your staff helped out best as they could. The entertainment was fantastic each night. The entertainment team that you have a very good at what they do. My children loved doing the activities that they were doing each day with all the entertainment team.

Where to start about this hotel?! It’s a three star but honestly it deserves higher rating! The staff are super friendly and are constantly working, there is always cleaning staff doing a brilliant job keeping the communal areas walkways and facilities clean for you to enjoy. The bar staff are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and again constantly non stop even if it’s collecting glasses in the evening! There was one in particular that stood out for us, Antonio. The food was varied, fresh and tasty , always being replenished too! (Small thing to note) in the evening there is pizza but is tucked away in the snack bar area. The entertainment team were fabulous there was something on every half an hour through out the day, they were super friendly they shocked us by how many different langue’s they could communicate in. The evening shows were also pretty good too! The range of cocktails are also good for an all inclusive, I personally recommend the mimosa or tequila sunrise there are also spirits available. The Wi-Fi was very good in all areas of the hotel, there are a couple of English channels on the Tv however in our room they didn’t work. I’m sure they would have sorted the issue if we needed it but we enjoyed not using it for a few days whilst on holiday. If your looking to rent a car/vehicle I would do it Through the hotel, we had an easy care free process in getting one, I recommend getting the top insurance though as it’s only a extra €10 and you’ll need it as the Spanish way of driving is rather intense should we say The hotel is conveniently only 10 minutes or so from “Kalima beach” which has lots of bars restaurants. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus which takes you directly to the amazing “Puerto Banus”! I highly recommend taking a trip here, you will see everything from designer shops to luxury yachts and super cars! It also hosts many eating establishments ranging in prices it’s also brilliant for nightlife for younger people. We’re already looking at booking again, we can’t wait to come back!! Overall, this is a brilliant hotel which doesn’t get enough credit it’s in a brilliant location to if you want to explore the other places Spain has to offer!

I cannot praise the hotel and its staff highly enough! The facilities are fantastic, the food was sublime (we ate like Kings all week!) A superb choice of English and international cuisine! They even put a bottle of bubbly the room for my birthday! Troy & Karen (the Tui reps) did an amazing job also with the various excursions (we spent our last full day visiting Gibraltar, saw the Barbary Apes and went Dolphin watching, all for just €99 each!) We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

My friends and I recently stayed at a charming 3-star all-inclusive hotel for a much-needed getaway, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Our room was perfect for our group of three, featuring three comfortable beds, a bathroom, a fridge, and a safe. The highlight was the large balcony that provided a lovely view of one of the two pools. It was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of activities. The hotel boasts two pools, both of which were clean and well-maintained. We spent a lot of time lounging by the pools. The all-inclusive buffet was a pleasant surprise. While it was buffet-only, the variety of food and drinks available was impressive. There were plenty of options to cater to different tastes, and we never got bored with the selection. The hotel was a five-minute walk to the waterfront, making it easy for us to explore the local area and enjoy the beautiful seaside. This proximity to the waterfront added a lot of value to our stay, as we could effortlessly enjoy beach walks and local attractions. Our stay at this 3-star hotel was enjoyable and met our expectations. The comfortable room, ample amenities, and convenient location made it a great choice for our trip. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on comfort and convenience, this hotel is a solid choice. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Great time at this amazing hotel. Room 25 by the quiet pool. Food in the evenings was fantastic and the presentation outstanding. Breakfast was plentiful and a lot of selection also, but could of been a little hotter. The grounds are kept clean. The entertainment in the evening was great , generally starts quite late at 10p.m and runs on for approximately 1 hour, but it was varied and professional. The acrobat shows were amazing. I wasn't around much in the day time as I had trips booked, so can't really comment on pool side. Born to be wild was the best day out for us, emailed them direct and they picked us up in the jeep from the hotel. Visited Gibraltar, ronda and the boat trip to mijas you get to see Benalmedina and fenguirola too. There is a free shuttle bus to peurto Banus during the day time. We chose to go one evening, caught the shuttle bus in and a taxi home for 8 euro. The beaches are a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. Only went the once as the beach wasn't the best, walked up further to mistral beach, got touted for 2 hours on my 20 euro sunbed and had enough. We all had a great time in this wonderful hotel and was pleasantly surprised for the price we paid for a cheap getaway. It really did exceed my expectations. Thank you cortijo blanco for a lovely stay.

It’s a three star hotel, and, for that level of accreditation, deserves a five star review. Essentially it’s a low rise hotel, based around five plazas, or squares. Three plazas have swimming pools, one a garden, and one a bar and the stage. The complex has beautifully manicured gardens. Standards of hygiene are high. The rooms are basic but clean, and deluxe rooms have bigger balconies, a fridge, and a kettle. Food is excellent. It could be a little repetitive, but it’s an all inclusive buffet, so there’s always something for everyone. The seafood themed dinner featured king prawns, clams, and razor clams. Freshly cooked meat is omnipresent, paella as rice or noodles too. There is a carrefour supermarket two minutes away, a small shop within the hotel, and two smaller shops near the hotel car park. We’ve been before, and enjoyed it sufficiently to return. Prices are creeping up, but it’s still good value. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity. A 15 minute walk takes you into the town of San Pedro. The main square with church and town hall is picturesque. There are bars/restaurants/shops. It’s a ten minute walk from the hotel to the beach. It’s fairly stony. There’s a wide promenade. Walking to the left will take you to Puerto Banus after a further 25 minutes. We’ve also used El Cortijo Blanco as a base to travel to Gibraltar, Seville, and Ronda, using public transport. Marbella, and, in the opposite direction, Estapona, are 15 minutes away by bus. As three star hotels go, this is great. We will visit again.
