the room was clean and good, and AC worked, so primary goal achieved. Based on the ******* listing, I had thought the pool, dining area, and poolside bar would be operating. The building outside of the individual rooms seemed pretty rundown. I would not recommend had I been traveling with my family, but was a perfect place to sleep comfortably between scuba dives

The woman at the front desk was nice. But she tried to put us in a mold infested room!! The smell was horrible. My husband found mold on the walls behind the dresser and took pics, as soon as we first stepped inside the room. He went to discuss the issue and ask for a different room, and they actually had the audacity to ask my husband to show them pictures of it... like really, as if they didnt know about the condition of that room. It just sad that thry are willing to put people in danger/unhealty conditions for profit.. disgustingly sad. They had enough decency to put us in a different room though. Be careful!!!

We were able to check in earlier than the normal time which was a plus. The price was amazing as well. The only downside a whole lot of mosquitoes. Walk with all your mosquito gear. We had a great time. Also they dont have ice and didnt have cups to provide when i asked.

The owner is available all the time to deal with any request and solve any problem.He is friendly and solve any difficulty instantly

close to water taxi within 5 minutes of walking. The shower loose with nothing to hold handle and head into the wall. Noisy because you can hear people taking at night and next door room.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. For starters, no hot water no towels in the rooms, lots of mosquitoes in the rooms, toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The photos and the prices on the web site were also not correct. When we got there, they tried to charge us more for the golf carts and when we mention the website prices, the lady said those prices were for September, mind you it’s February. When speaking to management, they were not helpful at all. I paid extra for a deluxe balcony suite, and the door to the balcony did not open. Front desk just agreed that it did not open and offered no solution. None of the ladies there seem to be able to answer any questions in the manager was pushy. Overall, a terrible experience. I paid for three days and we left after one and went to a different hotel. The people leaving 10 out of 10 reviews are clearly liars because this was the worst hotel I’ve been to in Belize and I’ve been coming to Belize every year the last 30 years. my cousin‘s room was also dirty and they had ripped pillowcases and their refrigerator did not work. There was also stains on the sheet and they did not have hot water either. Management never made any attempt to fix any of these situations. The place is nothing like the photos online. I’ve stayed in all type of accommodations in Belize and I’ve never had any issues until now.
