Best Western Hotel Nazionale

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and situated in a fantastic location. The breakfast every morning was great with a wonderful variety, and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the property was very impressive. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the incredible team. Everyone, right up to the director was amazingly attentive and welcoming. I’d especially like to give a warm mention to Christian, Elena and Sophia, who were very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be back!

Central location was fantastic. Was worried the ‘Best Western’ labelling meant budget accoms, but there was minimal BW branding experienced in the actual hotel, and it seemed from our perspective to richly deserve its 4★s. Electric shutters on windows were very useful, soundproofing on windows was very effective, and our small balcony was mostly charming. Rooftop breakfast buffet was a highlight, affording breathtaking views of city and sea.

Without a doubt, this is one of the most amazing property located at the most amazing location. Also, the people at reception are very sweet and helpful. This was second stay in 2 months just because this is the best property in town.

Air conditioning was not working It took a while to fix it The man in charge was not helpful at all Eventually it was fixed and we were offered a free meal He did not show any interest to help us - the other staff and cleaner were fantastic

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!
