This is a small 10 room hotel. We stayed over a week. The family who run it is lovely. Breakfast included some of the best bread I have ever eaten. Breakfast is cold and nevertheless delicious and filling. It is very near the train station. This allowed us quick day trips to other towns in Liguria and across the border to France. It is also a nice walk to La Pigna area of San Remo.

Incredible !!! upon my arrival the owner told me: we don't like receiving local people who come here to do dirty things (I still have an address on the C.I in Sanremo but I don't live there anymore). I asked "are you joking?" And he said: "no no I'm serious" I ran away, I had previously slept in that hole, the only positive point is the proximity to the railway station, to throw away, the star I have to give is already too much....

Hotel in pieno centro, in zona trafficata, ma leggermente discostato dal flusso veicolare. Palazzina antica, dagli interni sobri. Gestione familiare; tutto ben pulito. Considerando anche la buona qualità della colazione e il prezzo, ritengo sia un' ottima soluzione.

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla Stazione, al Lungomare, al Teatro Ariston. L'esterno della struttura gradevole, con grazioso giardinetto ben curato. L'interno, le camere, avrebbero invece bisogno di una rinfrescata. Ad ogni modo la pulizia era buona e lo spazio sufficiente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Esperienza tutto sommato positiva, anche se non lo consiglierei per soggiorni lunghi.
