A conference style hotel overlooking Jujuy city. Pleasant staff and good restaurant and amenities Sauna etc on site. A good place for a little respite if you have been doing the Humamaca mountain circuit and need a little comfort at an affordable price on your return.

Travelling with teenagers we were attracted by the facilities and thought it would be a good place to break up a long road trip. We had a pleasant lunch and then went to use the facilities. We discovered that the spa and indoor pool are closed - apparently we are unlucky and it is only closed for today but we leave in the morning and it does not open until 12 tomorrow. It's winter and the outdoor pool is freezing which is why we paid for a hotel with an indoor spa. On top of that the tennis court is in use by a non resident group having a lesson. We even tried mini golf, but for a group of 4 we were given one club and one ball, only to find that the grass was so long it's unplayable anyway. The room is nice and the staff are very pleasant but the whole point of spending more on this hotel was for the facilities and none of those facilities are available to us. The timing of the tennis lesson was unfortunate, but we should have been told that the spa would be closed at the time of booking. There was no sense of apology at all for the fact that we had not been told this. They should also take mini-golf off their list of facilities - I'm not the first guest to note that this really is not available.

The pictures of the property where beautiful but what we found was a property severely lacking maintenance. There was an issue with the water supply in the city (according to the staff) which we can’t blame them for but we received continued lies about when they would be able to provide provisory water and absolutely no predisposion from staff when checking out regarding that issue

Beautiful location but in dire need of repairs. Broken doors, faulty elevators, moaning air conditioning unit, nice staff, good coffee, great croissants.

Superb and beautiful grounds and gardens.
Hotel is over 50 years old and our room and the hallway show it. Nice view from the room though.
