After checking in, I found that the room had a strong musty smell. I turned on the air conditioner and found that there was no response. When I went to the counter to report that there was no air conditioner, I was told that I had to set strong wind + minimum temperature to have air conditioning. I went back to the room and followed the instructions of the counter staff, but there was still no air conditioner (machine) Not working at all). Hotel with comfortable rooms, quiet location, two blocks from the metro and bus station, close to The Styles Outlets shopping center in San Sebastián de los Reyes, a 10-minute walk, and also close to Lidl and restaurants.

It's a bit far from the center of Madrid, but for my visit, it's halfway there, so it's a good compromise.
Be careful with public transportation because it's part of a different zone, and for the airport, it costs €3 more if you don't have the right pass.

The service is very good! The front desk was very considerate. The hotel was clean beyond expectations and had all the facilities. The only small problem is that the sound insulation is not very good, so it is recommended to bring earplugs.
