The bathroom lacks privacy, making this space most suitable for couples and solo travelers. While there is room for minor improvements regarding cleanliness, it was otherwise a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very rude on arrival, for no apparent reason. The room was perfect, aside from the bathroom door / wall being made of glass and visible from the bed — a little too intimate for when traveling as a couple, family or with friends. The soap dispenser for shampoo was broken, but will be fixed. Location wise, it is obviously far out from the main districts of Donostia but the bus stop isn't too far. The street of the hotel is pretty cute as well, bustling with life. The location

Honestly for the price paid the room was not good. It was very dark and the layout of the bathroom (not separated from the bedroom area) made it very uncomfortable. The overall layout of the room was weird with a useless sofa behind a pillar and a lot of space wasted. Location was good and staff was ok. Parking recommended by the hotel is more than 10 minutes walking.

Lovely and clean. Great proximity to the beach and some very nice restaurants. Close to bus stops as well which is good, although a walk to Old town is manageable and quite pleasant if you’re fit enough. Staff were welcoming and nice. Overall, very good spot to stay in.

rooms were quite small but really great balcony (they should’ve added half the balcony as part of the room). Great friendly service
