The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian

Fenomenal! El chico de recepción más amable no puede ser. Se aparca bien y al centro puedes ir caminando, se tarda unos 20 minutos.
El desayuno nos pareció carísimo.

Hotel très propre, personnel souriant, agréable.
Cafétéria dans le hall de l'hôtel qui propose une alternative au buffet de l'hôtel. Très bien. Seul petit bémol: pas de chaîne télévisé en français.

酒店房間非常大，乾淨企理，連枕頭都可以有多款選擇，非常貼心！職員的英文非常流利，而且主動介紹不同景點，非常友善有禮貌！酒店位置就距離老城區較遠，不過附近有巴士站，搭巴士的話大概15分鐘都可以到👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻非常推薦這間酒店！😃

The area where the hotel is located is a residential area, so there is no many options for dinning as such not many options for transportation if you are going to the city center and tourist attractions, only option is to take a cab

Hotel told me (twice) that I had no booking so I made a second one and then they charged me for both. Staff service poor and manager would not meet with me to discuss.
Also came back to room one afternoon and room door left wide open by housekeeping who never came back.
