Very nice breakfast is an advantage, but hotel is far away from any infrastructure. The people at the reception or at the cafeteria didn’t seem very friendly. I had some special requests such as baby cot, but the hotel didn’t read them, so I had to ask again

Fantastic place to stay and will definitely would come back in the future!

The stay was comfortable overall. The room was clean and quiet and included a small kitchen equipped with pans and utensils, which was convenient. However, the room was quite cool at night, with temperatures around 14–15°C. Unfortunately, the A/C did not provide adequate heat, even when set to the highest temperature of 23.5°C. It’s also important to note that the hotel is located approximately 20–30 minutes by bus from the city center. There are limited dining options in the immediate area, so some additional planning is necessary. Each bus ride costs €1.95, meaning a round trip to the city center adds about €4 per day, on top of any other transportation costs. On the positive side, the bus stop is only about 50 meters from the hotel, making public transportation very convenient. .

I arrived at the hotel in a very good mood, but unfortunately the check-in experience caused a very unpleasant situation later. At check-in, the staff member told me that breakfast was included. I even asked twice, “Is breakfast included?” and was clearly told yes. Although my original booking did not include breakfast, I trusted the information given to me by the hotel staff. On the third day, I went to have breakfast based on what I had been told. During breakfast, I was stopped by a staff member and told that breakfast was actually not included in my reservation. It was very embarrassing. I was then told not to worry and to speak with the front desk afterwards. After breakfast, I went to reception and explained the situation. The staff acknowledged that I had been given incorrect information at check-in, but still insisted that I had to pay €18. What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff, which was very unfriendly and showed little willingness to take responsibility for the hotel’s own mistake. I completely understand that my original reservation did not include breakfast. The problem is that I specifically confirmed this twice with the hotel staff and was given the wrong information. If the hotel makes a mistake, I do not think the guest should be made to feel embarrassed and then simply be told to pay for it. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on what otherwise could have been a pleasant stay.

The annex studios were completely modern and very cozy. I'm not sure if they're new or just exceptionally well-maintained, but either way, it was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast really impressed me with its high quality. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but it didn't stop me from getting a great night's sleep. Highly recommend.

The studio was clean and the location was excellent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom and toilet door was damaged and could not be fully closed, remaining half open all the time. This affected privacy and was quite uncomfortable. Apart from this issue, everything else was good.

It was a pleasant stay, parking is free and easy scross the road which is a bonus. Although this place is attached to another hotel which is much more impressive, it makes you jealous you are not there!

Had a great stay. Spotlessly clean apartment with modern furnishings. The only downside is location but there is a bus stop right outside and an easy 15 min journey into the centre.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and there's a great terrace outside perfect for watching the sunset 😋. The hotel is about 5 km from the city center, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient.

Not good , even the air conditioner doesn’t not work well , small room , not good bed

We only stayed for one night. The property isn't very central, but it's fine if you have a car. The room was very large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean.

We had a technical problem with our room, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Numad studios is actually more for long term stays or students, it did not feel like a hotel, which some may like. Staying as a short term guest (3 nights) I anticipated to be treated more like a hotel guest i.e. a bottle of water in the room, more than one towel, an actual hook to hang the towel on. Unfortunately what I didnt expect was scaffolding around the room, with men working on at my window level, banging. I provided feedback to a survey sent the first time impacted by the works, the next day we were woken at 8am by more works. This was check out day I informed reception on leaving who said she would prefer us to tell her sooner to ensure our stay was to our satisfaction. Whilst a nice thought, the first time was after a long hike (when feedback was provided immediately electronically) the second the morning of leaving. I doubt at that time there was much she could do. However it strikes me they should be aware of where works are going on, especially if worksmen will be on site in the vicinity of room windows. Whilst it is very accessible to the city, this is really and out of town area of hospitals and technology offices/places of study. The room was very clean, transport useful, but it lacked any atmosphere. I would stay here if you are in the area for work or study, otherwise a hotel nearer the city is best. Additionally, the room we booked was not available we were provided, instead of a large studio, with essentially two adjoining rooms, which was a suitable alternative but a shame, particularly as those rooms were where the scaffolding was.

Greatb place but room a bit small for the price. Location - OK as there are buses. Too far to walk. Value for money - 7/10
