The bed was comfortable, but the storage space was not so good, and the kitchen was spacious. It took 30-40 minutes to walk from the center of town, but it was about 15 minutes to walk from Real Sociedad's home stadium, so it was a good location for watching a game that ended around midnight. The guests were on the older side. The staff were kind. There was a local bar about 10 minutes walk away, but there were not many shops around.

服務人員的態度很好，而且也有廚房和冰箱比較方便，衞生間的衞生也保持的很好的設施和衞生也挺不錯的，就是卧室比較暗，床鋪太多看起來比較老舊和逼仄，床單起球，人多的話房間裏也會有點異味。好的一點是床單聞起來挺香的，可以算做勉強休息的一個地方，但下次我可能會選airbnb

The fact that they keep to themselves forgotten items, even after they agreed to mail them to the guest domicile and guest agrees to pay the shipping fee. I'm still waiting for my expensive sunglasses, even after I contacted the person in charge a couple of times .THAT'S NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL,, I have never experienced something like this. And I call that "THEFT".

Horrible Son flexibles en la entrada y te atienden muy amablemente. Contrariamente, no hay control a partir de las 20h. Los huéspedes gritan, cantan y ponen lavadoras. Los baños están bastante sucios. Las paredes de las literas tienen muchas manchas de roce. Respecto a la temperatura de la habitación era horrible y no tenía ventilación ninguna porque la ventana no se podía abrir totalmente. Para acabar, las sabanas tenían manchas y agujeros.

El ambiente perfecto para el viajero solitario !! Camas cómodas, duchas calientes, muchos viajeros solos y tambien algunos grupos de amigos, lo recomiendo para echar un par de noches. Bien conectado al centro con lineas de autobús y metro, también a otras ciudades.

Nos animamos a conocer la fiesta de San Sebastián/Donostia eguna con amigas y aprovechamos a pasar una semana en la preciosa ciudad. Estuvimos super agusto en Balea Hostel, muy muy recomendable: limpio, bien comunicado, nos encantó la zona, y muy buen ambiente. El trato excelente, super majos! Gracias! Repetiremos en el 26! Aupa Donostia!

Acogedor, el personal muy agradable y bueno, té indican lugares que visitar, pueblos que merecen la pena visitar alrededores donde comer bien, muy limpio, puedes cocinar si te apetece, los baños y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tranquilas.
