Intelier Villa Katalina

Located about a 7-minute walk from the bus terminal and close to the old town, the location is excellent. When I mentioned it was my first time there, the front desk staff kindly gave me information about nearby shops and other attractions, leaving a very positive impression. It was also convenient to be able to leave my luggage there after check-out while sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean, and even though it was a double room, it had a speaker. I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay, and even though it was just a one-night stay without meals, I had a very comfortable time! If I ever come to this area again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed for two nights on a room-only basis! The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were kind and polite, so I recommend it. I messaged them through the TRIP.com app's chat function, and their response was significantly faster than other hotels, which was great. The only downside was that the heating wasn't very effective, and it was cold. It's about a 5-minute walk from the San Sebastian bus terminal or Rakuma, so it wasn't a problem even with a large suitcase! It felt a little far from the old town, but I enjoyed exploring. I would like to stay here again when I visit again someday. Thank you.

The location is simply fantastic. You're right in front of the cathedral, and you can admire the magnificent building every morning. It's also incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal and 10 minutes to the old town with its many bars. And it's very quiet. The service was excellent; all the staff were friendly and helpful. Often, Asians get a disapproving look when making requests, but that wasn't the case here. Wonderful service. The room was clean and impeccable. And the bed was fantastic; I slept incredibly well. If you're coming to San Sebastián for bar hopping, I think this hotel is one of the best options.
