Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián
"Very helpful front desk staff and good living quarters"
Leonardo Boutique Hotel San Sebastián
"It's very nice, good location, and good service."
Colo Colo Hostel - Single Private Beds
"It was alright, because I went to bed early, around 11 pm. Then around 6 or 7 am, people started making noise. But I had already woken up by then. It's quite close to Shell Beach."
Downtown River Hostel
"Very nice atmosphere in the hostel, we had a great time with my friends, it is a very clean hostel, the beds have curtains and gives a lot of privacy. It is centrally located so it is close to everything and that makes it very comfortable, they also rent surfboards and are very professional."
Olarain
"Very kind staff speaking French and English. The establishment was well located there are quite a few buses nearby which drop you off in town and at the bus station directly which made our travels easier. Located 10 minutes walk from the beach. Located 10 minutes from the funicular. The bedding was very good, we slept well in a king size. I asked for an extra bed for my 6 year old daughter, she got a real, very comfortable single bed and it was free. The shower was clean. Has a very practical mini fridge. There is a safe and a wardrobe. We did not try the breakfast, it is 13€ for the buffet, 5€ for the continental lunch (3 coffee items, 1 pastries and a juice) There is parking in front of the hotel and a little further down. It’s €4 for the day."
Hotel Anoeta
"Walk away from this hotel ! 5th night with out ac. Asked to be changed to another room . Since they only have avalabity in doble room s they refused to change me . If I were the manager I would have apologized the fist night and change the room."
Urbaia Rooms
"Our stay at Urbaia Rooms was only for one day, but we felt right at home! The staff were exceptional. We walked everywhere. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!"
Balea Hostel
"This was the worst hostel experience I've had so far. We stayed for 3 nights in a 5-bed room and all the top beds were shaky and unsafe to use. I took videos and it is scary. We notified the staff at the reception and she just waved it off with "No pasa nada" and left mid conversation. There was also fungus on the ceiling in the bathroom"
Pension El Puerto
"I recently stayed at this fantastic pension with my partner, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The room was freshly renovated and absolutely spotless, with top-notch sheets that made our stay extra comfy. The automatic check-in process was a breeze, which was perfect after our long journey. The location is right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring. It's just a stone's throw from the best pintxos spots, which I highly recommend to everyone. However, I reckon this place itself is the real gem—it truly made our trip unforgettable."

Lasala Plaza Hotel
"Romantic luxury hotel for adults only. Fabulous location on the fringes of San Sebastian's Parte Vieja (Old Town), hence within walking distance of many famous bars and restaurants and shopping areas. Has a rooftop with a panoramic view of La Concha Bay and the city - this was where we watched the Copa del Rey celebrations and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Fabulous rooms, posh and luxurious, healthy breakfasts. So happy we made a last minute switch to this hotel."
Hotel Ilunion San Sebastián
"Nice location and spacious hotel room !"
Sercotel Codina
"The room is not big, there is no kettle, it is best to bring your own, the bus stop is right at the door, it is convenient to travel, and it takes only five minutes to walk to the beach🏖️ Very convenient, and the price is cheap"
Hotel Atari
"I stayed here with my mother on a trip. When we opened the window in our room, the church appeared right in front of us, which was amazing!! The location was great for bar hopping, and the fact that we could easily return to the hotel in no time meant we didn't have to worry about restrooms, which can be a hassle when traveling abroad, was very reassuring. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making our stay a pleasant one. Also, as other reviews have said, the breakfast was excellent! My mother said that the breakfast at Hotel Atari was the best of her trip. The only things that bothered me were the sewage smell from the restroom. The heating didn't work very well (although I might have set it incorrectly). Since it's located right in the middle of the bar district, it can be quite noisy at night (I could sleep despite the noise, so this didn't bother me, but it may not be to everyone's taste). But even taking those negative points into account, it was a great stay. If I visit San Sebastian again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel."
Leonardo Hotel San Sebastian
"Staff were friendly and efficient , helpful in providing suggestions of what to see and places to eat. Excellent parking in hotel and surrounding areas, with public transport by the front door going into town ."
Wecamp San Sebastián
"Very beautiful and super peaceful, a little secluded but nice. I would definitely go back."
Barceló Costa Vasca
"Excellent service and facilitoes."
Mercure San Sebastián Monte Igueldo
"It's hard to find a location like the Mercure's in San Sebastián. A real luxury."
Numad Studios
"Very clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful. The bus to the center is right next to the hotel, runs every ~10min, and takes about 25min. You can get a 6 or 12 -trip card from the reception, which is cheaper than individual tickets."
Catalonia Donosti
"It was very clean. The bathtub was deep and spacious, so I was able to relax. The only thing that was difficult was that we had to climb a long flight of stairs due to a lack of confirmation on our part before checking in, but there was actually an elevator leading to the street, which was very convenient. The whole building had a sophisticated atmosphere, and I would definitely like to use it again."
ARIMA Hotel & Spa – Small Luxury Hotels
"The hotel met expectations. Dinner usually starts at 7:30 pm, so reservations are recommended. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were good, and the breakfast was excellent; you can order fried eggs or omelets."
Axel Hotel San Sebastián - Adults Only
"I stayed at Axel San Sebastián for a solo trip and was absolutely delighted by the warm hospitality and friendly vibes. My trip started with a bit of a crisis; I left my luggage on an intercity bus and had a restaurant reservation overlapping with the pick-up time. I was quite overwhelmed, but staff member Tanja was a true lifesaver. She went above and beyond to help me arrange the luggage pick-up and even communicated with the restaurant to reschedule my reservation. Thanks to her incredible support, the rest of my stay in Donostia was seamless and wonderful. The hotel itself is neat, modern, and has a very inviting atmosphere with a fabulous, stylish touch. I also thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi. Between the best service I've ever received and the great energy from fellow guests, I’m leaving Donostia with the best memories. Thank you so much, Tanja and the Axel team! 😊"
NH Collection Aranzazu
"The hotel is very well located very good amenities and super clean."
The Social Hub San Sebastián
"Immaculate, amazing amenities, staff were so helpful. 10/10 stay, would 100% recommend and will definitely book again"
Sercotel Hotel Europa
"Very good service. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious."
Eurostars Amara
"The hotel had a name change few months ago. Taxi drivers can not get the new name. I have to give them the address. It is a bit far from San Sebastián beach. Average 4 stars hotel, the room is big enough."
