Baglioni Resort Sardinia

Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands . Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic. Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase… That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these. For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services. Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade.

Embarrassing services and structure. Indecent situation on the beach. To access you have to cross a fetid and smelly swamp via a dangerous pier with nails and broken beams. There are no toilets and people excrete their waste in the bushes generating a nauseating smell… Resort without services. Virtually non-existent spa with rude staff. They are absolutely not equipped for the wind which is practically always there, with ashtrays or windproof umbrellas etc To be avoided
