Perfect place with delicious food and great variety of Swiss dishes and also wine selection! Very clean rooms, personnel is incredibly courteous!

The hotel was decent, located very close to the beach and offering a variety of services, including tours, laundry, and massages. However, the young man at the reception was quite rude and unpleasant, in contrast to the other staff members, particularly the women, who were much more accommodating. The breakfast was good, although the service was slow. The room itself was simple but spacious.

The best hotel we stayed at in Philippines. I wouldn’t hesitate before booking. The owner is a lovely guy and looks after his staff very well and the restaurant food was amazing! They washed our laundry for a great price and the hotel is very clean! Friendly atmosphere too.

Overall we had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the pool is a nice addition! The rooms are clean as well.

We had such a great stay here. The breakfast was excellent, particularly enjoyed their garlic rice and fish danggit. Pancakes were also tasty, loved the cinnamon syrup! Also the best calamansi juice we had. The staff are so lovely and helpful. They helped us book island hopping very late when we arrived, helped us book a transfer car with our late arrival in Puerto Princesa, helped us hire a moped and also a tuk tuk several times. The hotel's moped is in great condition as are the helmets, and the tuktuk driver is excellent and drives skilfully and safely. Thanks to the concierge who gave us honest advice about whether we could drive ourselves or get a tuktuk to the various beaches we chose to visit throughout our stay. The hotel environment is also great, and so close to the beach which is lovely, but also situated slightly back so it's peaceful. Totally recommended!

Amazing place really recommend

I think this is the best hotel in Port Barton. We walked around and looked at other hotels, and decided that we had made the right choice. All the rooms we took had air conditioning (not all hotels and rooms in Port Barton have it, so it's better to pay attention to this). We were checked in quickly. At check-in they treated us to welcome drinks. We booked a transfer from El Nido to Port Barton, and then to Puerto Princesa (8 people + luggage), 6,000 pesos/car. The hotel has a massage, girls come when you need them. Opposite the entrance to the hotel there is an ATM, they accept Union Pay cards from Rosselkhozbank, and give out pesos. The beach is about 5 minutes away. Breakfasts are a la carte, there is a classic set like Filipino breakfast and all sorts of sandwiches and pancakes. But coffee is paid separately. Juices are included in the breakfast. 2 small swimming pools - deep and not very deep, lounge area combined with a restaurant.

Overall, the hotel is fine, but I think it's very expensive for what they offer. I expected more for that price. Due to problems with the plane we were arriving on, we had to arrive a day late, and they didn't refund me for the first night, not even partially for the breakfasts they saved or the cleaning service they didn't need. If you're not sure everything will be fine, it's better to book another hotel, here you won't find empathy to help you with your problem or give you any kind of compensation.

A Swiss paradise in the up-and-coming and authentic town of Port Barton. Definitely the best choice we made when booking. - huge breakfast selection - totally relaxed breakfast possible until 2 a.m. - unusual tasty welcome drink - not affected by the current water shortage - shower toilet - very large and extremely clean rooms with super comfortable beds and soft toppers. - delicious restaurant with Swiss cuisine, fast and friendly service - clean pool - close to the beach - bar with the best (Swiss) spirits selection
