Royal Suites Port Barton Reviews

Brilliant stay at the Royal Suites, the location was great - there is a short walk down a gravel/grass path but it is lit at night so no bother. The staff were friendly and attentive, close to all of port Barton’s amenities, port Barton is a hidden gem and beautiful! There is hot and cold water available all day and throughout the night, the staff started to top our hot water up every morning without us even having to ask. Swimming pool is lovely and the area surrounding is lovely. The room was clean and spacious. No problems, we would stay again and recommend.

The hotel is amazing ! The girl at the front desk is super friendly ! It is a super clean hotel and the food was also very good ! The best place to stay in Port Barton !

The room was big and clean, but the pool could use a little cleaning I think. Although it wasn’t located on the main road, but it was just a few minutes walk away from everything (beach, cafes, etc) which was perfect for us as we enjoyed walking around. Staff are friendly and always smiling. For the price, I’d say maybe it’s okay to consider having free plated breakfast with it, even if it’s just toast and egg and coffee.

This is a brand new villa like hotel with your own private garden and a beautiful communal area consisting of a nice swimming pool and hot tub. It is the best place I have stayed at in Port Barton, and it continues to expand creating more and more villas. It’s a shortly walking distance to the main Port Barton town and the beach, so easy and quickly access to where everything is happening. Highly recommended.

Friendly and accommodating owners/staff, rooms are very clean, well equipped + spacious. The pool is nice as well and seems to have been built very recently. It’s not directly at the beach but that’s not an issue if you plan do do island hopping as they pick you up directly anyways.

Quiet place to relax. You can get to the beach and restaurants in just a few minutes. We had the garden villa and felt very comfortable. On December 20th the owner is opening a restaurant with draft beer and original Spanish wines. We would be happy to recommend the Royal Suites.

Everything else was pretty good, except that I was a little tired every day when I walked in from the alley, and there were a lot of dogs on the road. Later I found out that the dogs there were actually very friendly. In the whole town, I felt that there were no fewer dogs than the locals. Maybe it’s because our domestic infrastructure is so perfect that I felt a little uncomfortable at first, but the duplex we lived in was really great, because after we went out to play every day, we could just take a lunch break in the small room downstairs. It was so convenient, and there were two more rooms upstairs. A bed, a very good choice for family travel!

Very clean, very comfortable beds. Quiet pool. Near the beach. Staff of 10. The only thing we didn't like was that a glass broke and they charged us 100 pesos. These are things that can happen, we stayed 6 nights.

Very new place but somewhat far from the center. The rooms are spacious but there is only air in one of the two and it is very hot.

We had a duplex and there were 4 of us. We liked the cleanliness of the place and the swimming pool. We had to do a load of laundry and they mixed up the loads a bit. We had clothes that didn't belong to us and the clothes we washed smelled really strong of their laundry detergent. But we loved the whole hotel.
