I'm giving them a 5* review because they allowed me to pay to upgrade to a better class of room. If you're going to splurge, do it in this hotel. Portoguaro is really worth a stop if you are a history buff. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Not sure I'd rate it as a 4*, maybe good 3*. Great breakfast. Very convenient bike storage, nice and quiet.

Good but antique place close to Venezia. We slept for one night only, and it’s enough for this. Good relation quality/prize. Breakfast maybe a little bit poor, but very good food quality. Excelent town to visit , a surprise for us. I recommend you.

We had booked double room, two single beds pushed together we asked for room with double, they couldn’t oblige, also room smelled of cigarette so we were moved to another room still not a good smell, breakfast was less than mediocre! Overall very disappointing.
