Rooms are dated. Beach was beautiful warm. Snorkelling was nice. Food and service were quite average. The hotel could do with an update.

Second time for us to stay here this hotel!
This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help!
We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason!
-friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart!
-spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge
-Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels!
-spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day!
Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

We had an amazing time away, the resort was everything we could have asked for. Great variety of food, drinks and places to go away from the children.
Live music every night and wonderful smiling faces around the resort. They couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely return.

The food and drinks were way too overpriced and not that good quality. Outdoor furniture of the balconies were old and not well maintained.

The hotel facilities are too old, there are too many ants in the room, the hotel's internal shuttle bus is not efficient, the hotel's beach and sea water are okay, and it is generally not recommended to come to InterContinental for a honeymoon for meals, as there will be quarrels hahahahahaha

Probably the best hotel in Fiji. Everything is great, convenient, understandable. Pools with canopies, everything to eat/drink. Just a bit far from the airport.
