We booked the hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately, the water is dirty and full of people. Parking space is sufficient even during the holiday season this is a plus point. There are only 2 pillows, 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels provided in the room, if you required extra pillow and towel, they will charge you. Hotel staff is helpful to send the luggage to the room.

Overall, it was a good staycation experience. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The breakfast selection had just enough variety to enjoy without being overwhelming. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, which added to a relaxing stay. One downside was that the tiles in the bath area could have been cleaner, and this is an area that could be improved. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable stay.

1. Receptionist can be more friendlier. The security and housekeepers is more friendlier lol 2. Before handing room to guest, check all electronics, wasting our time to wait for the tv the heater to be sort out. 3. The breakfast buffet is very nice. But, the cook food is like they're cook by a kid who's learning to cook. Maybe can improve that part. Also, if ur guest is still eating, why did u come and take the empty plates away. Like, dude they're young girls with us, ur so weird. 4. Will I check in to Livingston hotel again? It's a solid maybe 5. For online booked, please receptionist do ur work better okay. Ur wasting our time standing there like for real 6. For me the one thing that hit the spot was the parking area. It's spacious and very well maintained. 7. Thank you for having us, and happy holiday

One of the fancier hotels in Sandakan! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I appreciated the 24 hour check in service. The room came with full amenities, though I couldn't seem to find a hair dryer anywhere. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the room was super clean, especially the bathroom. The king sized bed was very comfortable and made the stay extra relaxing. The hotel is located near the airport, which is convenient for travelers, but it's a bit far from the town center and main attractions, something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore the area. There were a couple of minor issues: the sink had a leak, which made the floor wet while using it, and the tv wasn't working. It kept showing "по connection." Overall, I'd still stay here again and hope to see some improvements in maintenance next time. Thanks so much!

too many hidden charges..change room charges never we experienced but today they charge us rm50 for 1 night..this case they should have told us early but they did not!!..as for bed sheet blood stain they charge us for 2 bed instead for 1 bed only that got blood stain..fyi it is not blood stain its nail polish which is we admit that is from us..

Everything was good except the room did not have hair dryer plus the room has few fallen hairs, the blanket got stains. But, the receptionist counter was really friendly and helpfull.
