Easy accessable to every where. Quiet and yet convenient. . market is close by and KFC is walking distance

Overall, I think this hotel is good. In terms of cleanliness, location, environment, service quality, and basic facilities, it is fairly satisfactory.

Strategic location in Sandakan town. Visited various places of interest like Rainforest Discovery Centre, Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary, Sun Bear Conservation Centre, the Sabah Memorial Park and Agnes Keith House to name a few.

Everything is ok about this hotel. Only that is not easy to find halal restaurant around it. 0ther than that it strange to encounter creepy moment. Felt like someone is watching vou in the room. Everyday ww had a bad dream about war here at the hotel. What an experience

This was a very bad experience for me. I was stuck in flash floods, and the whole of Sabah had no electricity and no water supply. Because of this natural disaster, I could not even reach the hotel. I requested a refund, but the hotel rejected it without any consideration for the situation. I feel very sad and disappointed. Instead of showing compassion, the hotel only cared about money, even from people who were in serious trouble. This shows a complete lack of empathy and customer care. Even for a budget hotel, this kind of attitude is unacceptable. ❌ I will never book this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

During a major blackout in our area, it was almost impossible to find a hotel. Thankfully, Trip.com helped us secure a booking, and the hotel even offered a free upgrade so my kids could have a good night’s sleep. Truly grateful for the excellent service!
