The location is a bit far from the city center, but it has a large parking lot and a gas station nearby, which is great for self-driving travelers staying overnight. The room design is a bit retro, but all the amenities are there and it's very clean. Highly recommended for friends who are on a road trip!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was below my expectations. While the check-in process was fairly smooth, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the facilities appeared old and poorly maintained. Some amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room also needs significant improvement. Although the staff were courteous, the service was slow at times, and some issues were not resolved promptly. Considering the price paid, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. I hope the hotel management takes guest feedback seriously and improves its cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality. At this point, I would think twice before staying here again.

Room comfortable n clean... quiet area Some reasonable restaurants around Far to walk to CBD Very disappointed without wifi/internet for 2 nights .. request numerous occasions to fix it... Nothing happened Did not have wifi during my stay... More likely not to stay there again... I am requesting some compensation for my greatest inconvenience... So sad! I must give credit to all the staff... Very helpful n friendly.. One staff even lend me his personal electrical adaptor to charge my phone ... Good job!

For the price I paid, this hotel is worth the money. The car parks have shelter. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable.

Timber wood feature, good size room, hotel have nasi lemak breakfast, need to pay on the spot, overall very good value for money.
