Omg this place is the absolute worse! Do not come here. 1) toilet flush constantly backlog with poop that is NOT ours 2) room is not clean there is a used guy boxer on the chair at the study table god knows how long that has been there 3) no internet connection at all even though they say there is 4)constant mould smell 5) crocoroach in the toilet OMG Never will I ever recommend this place. Wish I would have just paid a little more for a better place. Only plus is the space is big and the aircon is cooling The whole building feels so run down

The location leaves a lot to be desired, it's inside a smelly market. But the room is spacious, there's a supermarket nearby, and the price is reasonable.

My first time in Sandakan so don't know where to stay initially. The photos were quite deceiving for me as the hotel eventually so ran down, no longer maintained properly. There were uncomfortable smell in room of rooms that haven't been in use for some time. No lounge or coffee house. Basic amenities almost zero. Sorry but not recommending this for stay.

Affordable. But the location is not suitable for girls and solo traveller because too far from town. Need to rent a car and need to travel by group.

Host was very friendly and super helpful. We got a free upgrade because we brought our child with us and they thought we could use some extra space. Room was spacious, clean, and functional.

Gloria Swiss is located near the airport so is very convenient. We got a two room family suite which was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just for a stay its okay…

The location is good for 1 night if you want the close location to the airport. The room is big , good wifi.

Apart from the usual layout where the rooms are above a complex of eateries and other shops, the room was amazing. Large, clean, new and modern. Everything worked as it should and despite the noise from below it was actually quieter than expected. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay again.
