Stayed over Christmas as a family with a dog. What a lovely stay, from Ryan checking us in to the great rooms we stayed in. Really friendly staff (didn't get everyone's names unfortunately) and we loved the pool. Definitely will go back!

The room is clean and comfortable. I almost have good sleep all the night. The breakfast staff are friendly and the food is nice especially the mushroom and sausage. I promise will visit here again if there is business trip in future. Thank you.

Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, very clean, good spa facilities, menu a little restricted for vegetarians so recommend eating in the bar as more choice, Good value for money. Not far from lovely coastal walks. Ticks all the boxes for a spa gettaway without breaking the bank

The hotel is bright and modern with lovely furnishings in the public areas and bedrooms. However it has been one of my worst stays anywhere for sometime... Showerhead pointed out of bath and flooded bathroom, hairdryer had a 2 pin European plug so couldn't be used. A constant drip from.the gutterering all night led to a very unsettled sleep. Breakfast... quite simply dont have it. We booked.a table.for 9am meaning an hours service left for breKfast. Half the restaurant (which is small) was still laid for evening meal meaning people couldn't sit down without a lot of disruption and queuing. 3 waiting staff on duty but noone manging the restaurant. 2 crusts of bread left for toast, a handful of pastries left, no eggs left, and as the hot 'buffet' items were replenished the waiting staff tipped the new food on top of the almost empty dishes meaning food at the bottom has been there for some time and is very hard and congealed. At check out the receptionist did apologise and refunded the price of the breakfast which was appreciated. However, I would not stay here again as the service did not represent previous experiences with Best Western and fell very short of that.

Went here for friends wedding it was lovely. Rooms very nice love the decor with the yellow chairs. However the toilet didn’t flush so had to go out of room to use the toilet argh…. Nightmare. Staff where nice & food on wedding meal was ok chicken was hard defo overcooked and veg hard. Starters great, dessert great, main not great. Drinks rip off prices. Great venue for weddings however they could do so much more with the gardens.

Friend and I went for a spa night as a birthday treat. Everything was good apart from the need to swap our room key for the key to the pool area. This was very inconvenient as our room was a few steps away but we had to walk through the hotel to reception. I'd have rathered paid a deposit and keep both. The only other problem that we only had one room key and so logistically, the key swap senerio really didn't work.

Our stay was superb. On arrival the welcome was warm and the front of house staff amazing! Check in was fast and efficient and we were in our room within a short period. The room was nicely furnished and the bed comfortable. The massage my wife and I had was relaxing and great value. The facility was clean and staff professional. We had a delicious meal on the evening and again the restaurant team were welcoming and efficient. Please pass on our thanks to the whole team. We'll definitely be back.
