When we arrived we found the bedroom ac unit did not work, and one of our remotes for the tv had no batteries. We tried to call down to the front desk to report it but our phone did not work. I went down to the desk and reported the problem, they said they would get maintenance to look at it right away. Hours later we checked with the front desk again and they said they would get somebody to look at it right away but the maintenance worker did not arrive for a couple more hours and by that time my wife was asleep for the night in the bedroom. I asked if he could come back in the morning and he agreed but 4 days later we had never seen him again. We arrived on a Wednesday and were looking to take advantage of the Wednesday Manager’s Reception advertised in the lobby, but we found there was no reception when the time came. On the day before checkout our room fridge stopped working as well. At this point they had offered for us to switch rooms but being we only had one more night, we decided to just deal with it rather than pack up and move. In Addition, both of our tvs frequently lost signal completely. Overall, hotel seemed in need of some maintenance and front desk was often empty for long periods of time making it hard to get help.
