"Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!"

"During the epidemic, it was not easy to travel in a foreign country. Holiday inn express The environment in China is good, but it is not necessarily in the United States. The one we stayed in, next to the highway, the sound insulation effect can be poor, you can clearly hear the noise of cars passing by the road, it is difficult to sleep at night. In addition, the toilet 🚽 is difficult to flush, very blocked, and it is not clean after pressing several times. . . However, the hotel offers breakfast, the uncle is very good and polite."

"According to the hotel description, the reservation was made only this year, so it is indeed very new. All aspects are good, breakfast is a bit simple, the self-service washing machine costs 2.5 dollars to wash and 2.5 dollars to dry. Orlando travel is the first choice to stay here."

"Price was very fair. The hotel is going through some renovation, it’s becoming more modern. It was very clean, staff was very courteous! Shuttle to Sanford international starts at 4:30 which is perfect for a 6:00 flight. A huge bonus, Cracker Barrel shares the parking lot!!"

"Because I had to fly to Sanford in the morning to live here, the first thing I did n’t think was sanitary, there were small bugs in the bathroom, and the second thing, I felt that the shuttle bus to the airport was not reliable. After ten o’clock, let ’s ourselves We took a taxi back and rushed to catch the plane in the morning. We were the last boarder of the whole plane and we almost missed the plane. Not recommended."

Master bedroom has an extendable Smart TV to adjust to your viewing pleasure. Upstairs bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub and shower and has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap for your use. Parking is on-site with an available covered carport for smaller vehicles. A 30 Amp outdoor outlet is available for small to mid-size RV's and electric vehicles (Adapter not provided). Please inquire with host for details if needed.

This is a pet-friendly property with a $50 pet fee. Please clean-up outside after your pets for our future guests.

There are many great restaurants, breweries and shops located in downtown Sanford. The locals affectionately refer to a night downtown as "Sanfording".
