__WeChat233952****The mountains of Zhangjiajie were as beautiful as expected. But the biggest surprise was this hotel. It's on the top of a mountain. Today, we had no lines to enter the forest park. We also had playground equipment and a swimming pool with our children, and they had a blast. Best of all, the room we were assigned had a large balcony. We even saw a beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds tonight. I'm so incredibly happy and blessed.

The infinity pool is large and the hot springs are very comfortable. The staff are very good and very friendly to the guests. When I left, the child left the tablet in the room. GGuest UserThe inn is located between Sangzhi Railway Station and Jiutiandong Scenic Area, with convenient transportation. The facade looks not very good (because the first floor is a supermarket), but the facilities are very good in the homestay, there is an elevator, there is a large balcony on the seventh floor, and it is very convenient to dry clothes. The bedding is soft and clean, and one guest is changed. The bathroom is relatively large and hot water is sufficient. The 99 yuan deluxe bed room is cost-effective. When I left, I called the car for me and helped put the luggage on the car. The service attitude was good. There are three places that need to be improved. The first is that when I arrived, I gave room 502, pushed the door, and it was not cleaned yet. I went back to the front desk to change room 402. In this way, I went upstairs and went upstairs. I felt very bad and tired (the physical strength was the end of the strong one day)). This small problem showed that the front desk and the housekeeping staff were not communicating well. The second is that there is a power outage at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and the call is only after 7 o'clock. It takes nearly two hours in the middle and it is too hot. The third is that when you have to leave at 8:30 in the morning, the elevator cannot run, and it makes a rumbling noise, which is too scary. The store explained that it is checking the elevator. The elevator is for safety. This is good, but it should be checked before 6:30 in the morning. In short, the facilities are good and the service has to follow up.
