We had a great stay at [hotel name]! The hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation and many delicious foods around. The room is warm and elegant, fully equipped and very clean. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The staff is warm and friendly, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. Whether it is checking in or asking questions, you can get efficient responses. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend it to friends who come here, and I will choose here without hesitation next time!

The room was so smelly it was uninhabitable. The waitress was very rude. Not to mention saying hello, she even rolled her eyes when the customer smiled at her. She had a sullen face as if someone owed her money. I don't understand why the boss would hire such an employee. Maybe he has a better temper.
