Overall we enjoyed the stay. However, the rudeness of one female desk clerk on every single encounter we had with her leaves some unfavorable memories of this resort.

Decent Stay, but the Beds Need Replacing
The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and decent, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. However, the beds were a major downside. They were extremely hard and felt very worn out, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It’s definitely time for the hotel to replace the mattresses. Aside from that, the stay was fine.

The resort has lot of features for family. Everything is good buy laundry facility information. If you are RCI member and plan to stay one weak. You have to prepare more clothes, you can't find any self service laundry shop in near town.

A very well manage facilities. My room was clean and simple with all necessary and good quality equipment required for one week stay. We liked that there was no carpet on the floor which seems to be hotels standard. A nice Austrian style restaurant and bakery are is located within 1 minute walk distance from the hotel. A medium size grocery store is located in 10 min walk. Bike and hiking trails are the features of the area. The historic town of Murau, which is 10 minutes drive from the hotel, has a few historic sites and quite a lot coffee shops and restaurants. The food is excellent and service is great.

Awful experience. The hotel didn't give us the room that we booked and paid for. Tried to negotiate multiple times with worse and worse conditions (for us). Eventually offered a "free dinner, everything included" where we ended up having to pay for the drinks - we only learned about this during our checkout.

The units were modern and comfortable with a small balcony and a kitchenette. They had a sauna and wellness area. We took half board at the restaurant. The dinners were excellent and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend half board.

I must start by saying that food is surprisingly good, fresh, tasty and staff is super kind. Ski slopes are walking distance unless the last houses (like no.5). This is about all the positive side. There is literally no noise cancellation, you wake up at night to other children’s screaming, and all. We did not sleep through one night throughout our stay which is very frustrating when the kids have ski school the next day. Loud noises like heavy falls are present throughout the night. The beds are very uncomfortable, and so are the pillows. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty with previous guest’s hairs and the carpet smelled like vomit. The whole house smells like terrible fried oil day and night, our ski gear goes to the cleaner right away. Won’t be returning, if you want to rest, you shouldn’t either.
