the most beautiful hotel i've ever been to. architecture, comfort of the room, water pressure in the shower, location in the city, personel, restaurant... everything is simply amazing here.

We were very happy with the hotel, and if I travel to the outskirts again, I would stay again. The hotel's possibilities, the staff's attitude made us very happy.

I do not find it right for Zeynep at the SPA to address customers from a distance and I would like to state that I am disturbed by this. We request that she take another course/lesson on how to communicate with customers in order to report it to customer services. Other than that, the hotel was clean and spacious.

The hotel was stylish and the staff was friendly. I made a mistake and double-booked my reservation, and it was not possible to cancel on the Trip.com site, but thanks to the kindness of the hotel, I was able to cancel.

We are one of the first customers to use the hotel. It is a very beautifully designed and very comfortable hotel. Both the receptionists and the housekeepers are incredibly friendly, incredibly hard-working friends. I hope they continue to maintain this quality without compromising or even increasing it 🙏🏼 Let me also point out that the building is resistant to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods from the moment you enter. The location is beautiful, they were very helpful and helpful with places to visit. It is also ideal for those who do not want to stay in old-style places. The rooms are a little small compared to the selection, but it's not a big deal for 1-2 nights.
