My parents were traveling by car during the summer. They were a group of four and requested to book an economical, clean hotel with breakfast, so I booked the Hanting Hotel in advance. I heard from my dad that the hotel room was big, clean and the breakfast was good. A suggestion to the hotel: First, fix the front desk's landline phone as soon as possible. I called more than 20 times the night before the reservation and couldn't get through. Second: Front desk staff must stop selling membership cards to the elderly for the sake of performance. This kind of promotion not only fails to reflect your abilities, but can only deepen customers' antipathy towards the brand.
