一次很不滿意的住宿：一、沒有停車位，店家事先不告知也無説明，等到了店裡才説，訂單已無法取消，停個車停到三條街外面去了，第二天還告知要馬上駛離否則違法記錄；二、安排的房間位置差，旁邊就是一個洗消間，旮旯角落裡；三、房間有蟑螂；四、房間有蚊子，要了滅蚊片卻沒有滅蚊器。唯一值得慶幸的是總枱服務員很好及餐廳服務員態度好！

酒店位於三明市的列東街，距離動車站10公里左右，打車15分鐘車程抵達酒店，乘坐公交也可至酒店附近的公交車站，交通便捷，酒店位於主幹道上，附近可供堂食的店鋪和小吃種類較多。
房間設計一如維也納的風格，房間衞生乾淨整潔，明亮通透，配備智能化設備，一鍵控制房間內的設施，更迎合年輕化的客人需求。
特別有意思的是酒店的早餐，雖然酒店沒有專設早餐的堂食自助服務，但是提供可選擇的肯德基早餐套餐，早餐時間段到前台領取即可。
前台服務熱情，在有空餘房間可操作的情況下升級了房型，讓我得到了更好的入住體驗，五星好評，三明的特色活肉很不錯，入住的朋友有興趣可以品嚐。
