The Japanese breakfast was excellent. There is a laundry facility which is great if you are travelling in Japan for over a week.

The hotel is very close to Sano Station, and the staff is friendly. One of them speaks fluent English and is easy to communicate with.
The room is nice, but the air conditioner and carpet need to be cleaned more.
Breakfast is rich and delicious!
The hotel reception is on the first floor, and there is a free parking lot underground. However, the underground elevator is closed after 8 pm. You have to carry your luggage and take the stairs to the first floor before there is an elevator to the room floor.

The hotel is very close to the station~ The environment in the room is very good. I booked a twin room with a separate bathroom. There is an additional sink in the room, as well as a microwave oven, which is very convenient~

I used it for a business trip, but I think the parking lot is narrow, so I think it's normal.
The surrounding roads are one-way, so if you are not used to it, you may be a little confused by the navigation guidance alone.
The inside of the hotel was clean and comfortable to stay.

It feels like THE business hotel. The location is good about 5 minutes from the station. If you come by car, you may get confused because you don't know where to park if the parking lot on the first floor of the hotel is full. It is in front of a nearby park, so please use it.

Excellent convenience. Breakfast is great! Disadvantages: The walls are thin and you can hear voices from the next room. This is a fatal flaw for a hotel. It's a pity because the attitude of the employees is good

駅近で周辺には居酒屋や佐野ラーメンのお店もあり便利。（ただしラーメン屋は14時〜18時くらいの間昼休憩を取る店が多い）豚汁無料のサービスがあったが17〜21時の間限定で、出かけていて食べることができなかった。残念！フロントには（確か）デロンギのコーヒーマシーンがあり自由に飲むことができた。
