We brought 23 students here and have been really looked after. We were made very welcome and all our meals including packed lunches have been great. A huge shout out to Amedeo Capo Sala, Marisa and Francesco for helping us celebrate one of our students birthdays! Thank you.

We just checked in as part of a tour with Expat Explorers. I asked for a room with a sea view and was given the worst room I have ever stayed in. And I travels over 100 nights a year. I have a room with a single hard bed, dirty carpet and the room is maybe 7’ by 10’. At least the air conditioning works. There are better places. Trust me.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our school group and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, beautiful sea views, close to the main attractions. Food was lovely, rooms clean. The staff could not be more helpful, kind and accommodating, especially Amedeo and Francesco and all the reception and kitchen staff, too.

Friendly Staff. Clean rooms and linen. Old saggy mattresses with springs making them lumpy. Fridge . Poor A/C which means opening the patio door for cooler air. This let in mosquitos and unfortunately 20 bites were the result. Hot shower but no shower curtain. Balcony overlooking the beach. Elevator. Breakfast with cereal, pastries, cheese and meat slices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. Pool

We stayed at Hotel Kennedy and thoroughly enjoyed it . Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool is warm and long enough for swimming. Location is close to shops bar and restaurants. Enjoyed also Taormina and Savoca. Quiet to sleep at night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Just spent 5 days here on a coach tour from England.The hotel was made aware of my dietary requirements I am coeliac do need glutenfree food. This is a hotel where this does not happen. Coeliac is an autoimmune problem and needs care to ensure no gluten is eaten. At the hotel despite being aware I was given a dish of veg soup with added pasta. When I mentioned it the waiter chose to strain the pasta out snd give me the soup, which y then had become contaminated. Was never told that pasta given was glutenfree, and despite management attempting to sort the situation out problems occurred throughout the visit. Staff were so uncooperative all the time.

The beautiful hotel, the welcoming staff. The hotel is well located by the sea. We eat very well. Both the owners and the restaurant staff, especially the head waiter Amedeo, were very kind and friendly to everyone. They are great!! To be recommended!!

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. Delicious, rich breakfasts and dinners, clean rooms (daily cleaning), location - right by the sea. Close to a large market, cafes, church, pharmacy... everything you need! All employees are nice, polite, smiling and helpful. Our group liked it so much that on the last evening they organized an evening of dancing for us. The chef of the restaurant and waiters - irreplaceable👍🙂
