We had our passports stolen in Barcelona before our trip, which was very frustrating, but the hotel reception helped us contact the police, report the theft, and store our luggage. The hotel has an underground enclosed parking lot, so we didn't need to drive. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station to take the train into the city center, which takes about 30 minutes. I regret not checking in earlier!"

"You only have to see how they respond... Thank goodness I made it clear as soon as I arrived that I wanted to leave, both on *********** and at reception... What a disgrace! Like I said, a RIP-OFF! The pool is closed for the owners' personal use from 12 to 5 pm. The facilities are terrible and the jacuzzi was dirty. They took breakfast straight from the fridge and toasted it... Not even proper bread, and the service... I won't say any more. I'm being persistent because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Because both the hotel and *********** told me it wasn't the first time this had happened... Good luck to future guests!"
