Those of you with young families and want the option of pool, beach or waterpark, you have everything here within a 300 metre radius. For those of you who need some adult time, the kids club will keep your child entertained whilst you enjoy the adults pool area. The foot hall caters for all tastes and let’s be honest if you can’t find what you want I’ll be very surprised. The Italian restaurant is also fab if you like a serious carb loading. Friendly staff in welcome, rooms clean and well laid out. Kids entertainment and night time entertainment good and the quality of all inclusive drinks I can’t fault. Our kids loved it and with the flight less than 2 hours with a quick airport transfer it’s ideal for those of you who want hassle free holiday.

We stayed at this hotel with our 3 year old and had a lovely holiday. The swim up room was great, we were lucky enough to get one in the sun all afternoon. The hotel is a short transfer from the airport, around 20/30 minutes and quick check in with room ready upon arrival. The restaurant was lovely and modern, never an issue getting a table and nice to sit outside, the sunrise and sunset views are amazing. The Italian was also nice, we sat outside and the staff were very friendly. Good variety of food. The retreat was a short walk up the road and our son loved it, great kids play pool and nice restaurant for lunch. The beach was also a short walk and stunnin. Overall a lovely hotel and would recommend, we have booked to return next year.

Entertainment team are great. Kids loved the club and the adults also looked after. Would recommend for a family holiday. Nice beach , lots of pools to choose. No issues getting beds. One of the group wanted a room change and the staff arranged without any issue.

Very disappointed with our stay, considering it’s quite pricey and supposedly a tui blue 4* hotel we were shocked at the cleanliness. This week while we have been there a sickness bug has swept through the hotel, there didn’t seem to be any effort in extra cleaning or disinfecting public areas to help minimise the risk of spreading the infection. My little boy fell poorly while in the family pool, he was sick quite a considerable amount in the water, there was no effort to get other swimmers out of the pool and there was no disinfecting of the pool either!! My in laws were around the pool for a while after and they took a long time to clean up the sick around the pool and still didn’t close the pool or disinfect the water. To say our week has been ruined is an understatement, we were desperate for clean towels / sheets as my husband & other son also fell poorly later the same day and none were brought to us. We went to remove the unclean bedding from the main bed and there was a huge brown stain on the mattress under the protector! We are absolutely disgusted. My in-laws also got the same bug.

We just got back from 5 nights here, and I wanted to reassure people that we had a lovely holiday. No sickness or illness. The buffet food was good. If you got the end of a tray, it was a bit cooler, but if you waited for them to be switched over, it was hot. Loads of choice! They have a different theme each night. It's a new season, so they are training up new staff but no issues with service. We also ate in La Torre and T-beach and had lovely food in both. The family pool gets crazy busy, but we had a swim up, so we would go to the beach/the Retreat in the morning and use our pool in the afternoon. We liked the Retreat, a mix of pools and slides, and also where they do pool activities. The baby pool looked a funny colour, but not sure if that was all the suncream mixed in a small pool. I saw staff regularly checking the water in the pools. The only letdown was the evening entertainment some nights. Some shows were brilliant and the other was not so great. They had a silent disco and night with only a limited number of headphones, which led to quite a lot of upset children. We just went to the Sunset bar and played games. The Sunset bar was our favourite, amazing view, chilled out music and great cocktails. This is a hotel in the quieter part of Ibiza, so if you are after loads of night life, it might not be the place for you, although you can get the loal bus to San Antonio. All in all, a lovely holiday, don't be put off by some of the reviews.

Hello to my fellow British and Italian holiday travellers. We have been visiting this hotel for over 15 years often more than twice a year so I would like to say my review is coming from very professional experience. The hotel staff are the friendliest, most hard working and lovable characters you will ever meet!! I’m going to name some of them in recognition of their achievement. Romero, Samba, Sonia, Rafa, Ali, Yolanda, Juan Carlos and Daniel. These people will go above and beyond to make your holiday the best. The hotel is looking worn out and does need some investment in renovations rather than management bonuses. The quality of the restaurant produce has taken a 50% cut along with poorly trained kitchen staff who accept mistakes are being made like for instance the over cooked roast leg of pork done the night before then cooked again on the day of serving to the point it is inedible. And the paella which was salted twice making that inedible. They don’t replenish food at the buffet quick enough so you are left standing around for your meal while the rest of your party have finished theirs. The pizza is like it has been made in the kids club with pretend ingredients. Be prepared for problems by the pool, the sun-beds get reserved very quickly and you are fighting for space, I would recommend finding the beds you like and ditching the reserved towels in the pool then spend the rest of the day joining the lifeguard watch the young hooligans doing dangerous acrobats off the water fountain island, I see below there is a review about the child drowning. The rooms are very nice, some are a bit tired with shower heads broken, mouldy tiles, broken fittings just the usual however the grounds are kept immaculate!! On this occasion they had an issue with electricity supply so guests had to do without any power in their rooms for a few days. All these things are issues the hotel expect you to accept as part of your holiday so there should be no need to complain. Overall my opinion is The resort and staff are 5 star!! The management and food is 2. I’m back again in October so we will see if they use this review to their advantage.

I had to write a review because there’s so many bad ones and we were definitely nervous about coming and didn’t know what to expect buuuuuut I’m genuinely confused by the bad reviews. I’m going to be objective as possible. The location is quiet but beautiful and green and right on the beach. The hotel itself is spread out and on a hill so if you have mobility issues or prefer everything very close to your room then it’s probably not for you. There’s no lifts and there’s stairs to the rooms and inside the food halls. San Antonio is a short taxi ride away and buses to other towns are easy to navigate. There’s always something kids area “the retreat” is a short walk up the hill and has water slides, a football pitch and lots of food and drink available. It’s a lively hotel and we love that as we have 4 children of varying ages. If you’re after a quiet relaxing holiday, then again, it may not be for you. There’s a lot of families and lots of children that are in the bars until late…that’s great for us but maybe not for some. The sunset bar is fab! Pure Ibiza vibes with stunning sunsets and live djs. Kids are allowed and to me that’s amazing as parents get to have that Ibiza experience with kids in tow and it be appropriate for the kids also. Perfect for us when we have teens, they loved it! The entertainment is not great at all and we skipped this after the first night or two as really hard to sit through tbh but it depends what you like I guess. The food. The important bit! So breakfast is fab there’s literally nothing more you could want. Pancakes, kids stations, omelettes, fruit, cereals, cooked breakfast, churros…the list goes on. Evening meals are a bit boring and it is just what you’d expect in an all inclusive. There’s always something to eat to but it is boring and I’ve ended up eating bread and pasta more than I’d like but it’s nothing different to anywhere else. Certainly not awful just limited and repetitive. There’s only one included restaurant a la carte and that’s the Italian, which again is just ok. The hotel could do with a couple of a la cartes that are good to break up the buffet experience and it would be a lot better. The beach is gorgeous, the beds are 10 euros a day and there’s access to the Tbeach bar for drinks and snacks in the AI package. Lots of looky looky men and hair braided that do spoil it a bit, like a lot of them for a small beach. Loved it on the beach though and yes there’s lots of jellyfish although apparently they can sting but aren’t dangerous. Lots of watersports available although not sure where you arrange and pay for this…maybe reception? Overall a great holiday and a beautiful and clean hotel. No gripes at all for a 4 star holiday. We’ve had a fab holiday and would definitely come back.

I initially booked this hotel as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday. I had previously visited with my partner and we'd had a good experience so thought it was a good idea to go somewhere i knew would be good. I booked a swim up room as a special treat and would do so again! The room was spacious and clean and our patio/pool area was beautiful! A nice peaceful little haven when you wanted some peace and quiet. We both enjoyed the food, plenty of choice and good quality! I did go for a cooked breakfast one morning which could have been hotter but this could just have been an off day. I chose the cereal, pastries and pancakes the following mornings. Apart from that i couldn't fault the food and the deserts were fab! At dinner we would have a bottle of wine with our meal and soon learned that the Cava Rose was the best! We also enjoyed the numerous cocktails on the menu both at the Sunset Bar and the adult pool bar. My favourite drink was the sangria, so moorish! Would definitelly recommend. You definitely have to visit the Sunset Bar, the views of the sunset are absolutely stunning. The cherry on the cake for us was how they handled my mums birthday. I had emailed the hotel previously asking if there was anything they could do to make it that little bit more special. They told me they could deliver a complementary bottle of Cava to the room (on her birthday) and that they could also make a cake we could enjoy in the Italian A La Carte restaurant. I had asked if a gluten free cake could be made and they said it wasn't a problem. I was expecting a little singular cupcake for her and what arrived was a full size birthday cake with the number '60' candle on the top along with all the staff singing Happy Birthday to her. It was brilliant and the staff were fantastic. They made my mums 60th birthday one she'll never forget and i am very grateful for that. Thank you! Unfortunately we did witness some rude customers from the UK and as a fellow UK citizen i was embarrassed and irritated over their behaviour. I couldn't fault the staff, they worked incredibly hard and are so attentive and friendly. All in all i would definitely return, the time of year was not too busy and the weather was brilliant.
