Just got back from a fantastic stay in Acta Sant Just! I had to share my experience at this lovely hotel. The room was so nice and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend checking it out if you're planning a trip!

Excellent hotel was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed my stay, it is close to the city where you can find food to east and things to do. I will be going back there.

The room is very old, the sanitary conditions are not good, the toiletries are poor, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, and the English level at the front desk is not good enough to communicate. If it weren't for the team's unified room reservation, I wouldn't live in such a remote place

Stayed here for the weekend to attend football match at Estadi Johan Cruyff. Really enjoyable stay, hotel very clean, lovely room. Good breakfast selection. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would return here again.

I would recommend this hotel for people who want something outside of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. But understand that getting into the city via public transportation usually takes a good hour, and getting back at night is complicated unless you cab or Uber. The room we were offered was spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept very well. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of options. The pool area was pleasant. The hotel interiors could do with a cleaning however. I saw dirt and build up on the walls, especially outside by the pool, plus there was a leaky ceiling downstairs. All that said, the service team get high marks. I had two very unfortunate experiences with pick-pockets during my trip (be VERY careful on the Barcelona Metro!). The staff was quite considerate of my predicament plus helpful with advice and finding police stations. I was offered a very late check out for free as well, that made things just a bit easier. Much appreciated! Also, get to know Sant Just during your stay. It’s charming.

The stay was booked through a travel agency, and when I searched for reviews, I confess I was a bit apprehensive regarding the rating of this hotel. To give some context, we were a group of 3 women traveling for the Spanish F1 Grand Prix from 20-23 June. We were assigned a stunning duplex room. Spacious, comfortable and with clean bedding. Bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful. Overall, the only negative point we could find was the poor acoustic isolation (we could overhear all noises coming from the adjacent bathroom). While the hotel may be far from the center of Barcelona, there is a nearby Tram station that connects with the Metro and is therefore very accessible. We would definitely consider returning for another stay.

HLG CityPark Sant Just Hotel Half Decent Hotel 3 star, not a 4 star 1. Location is good for someone who wants to be away from the busy city and wants to explore and doesn't mind using a lot of public transport, which is very reliable. 2. The room is standard to sleep in and tidy. 3. No food menu in your room or even in the hotel reception area. 4. Hotel staff just check you in, not bothered to conversate, my son and myself asked for advice a few times, and staff showed little interest. 5. Very boring dated reception area. 5. Beds are comfortable. 6. The hotel has a boring lounge area to sit in. 7. There are no vending machines in the hotel, so if the restaurant is closed, you're stuck. 8. No tea or coffee facilities in your room, and in the hotel lounge, very big letdown. 9. Very quiet area to go wandering around for shops after 8 pm 10. Hotel staff just check you in, not bothered to conversate, my son and myself asked for advice a few times, and staff showed little interest. 11. Restaurant area is hidden in the basement, very poorly designed. 12. All TV channels in Spanish. 13. Not a child friendly hotel.

Definitely not 4 star, 2 at the most. Very poor breakfast. Hardly any choice and not replenished. Dusty and dirty with squeaky beds every time you move. No city view only a building site next door. No sound proofing, very noisy, you can hear every word from the hallway, doors banging and knocking and other rooms toilets flushing. Not worth the money very disappointed.

The property is not even 2 stars. Right from check-in, the experience was terrible. 1. The property is poorly staffed - There is no staff at the hotel right from the reception to the restaurant. There are no phones in the room to call the room service. You have to walk down to the reception for every single thing you need. 2. The hygiene overall is extremely poor. The towels to linen all seem to be used. There are no toiletries provided in the room. 3. The rooms are poorly lit with old furniture. 4. The restaurant is another area that requires a lot of attention in terms of hygiene, food, and staff behavior. 5. There are security concerns around the hotel. 2 of our group members lost their luggage from the lobby, and the hotel staff had no answers nor did they provide any support or expressed any concern over the theft. Overall, the property is strictly avoidable.
