I am writing this review whilst I am still here incase anyone is feeling apprehensive. I was worried after reading some reviews in relation to many things as we all do, holidays are alot of money!!! I don't want to go on and on so.... There are only negatives if you choose we are from n. Ireland and yes the majority of guests are German who cares I'm here to be with my family not make new friends but ppl are all polite and friendly manners are international. We love it so clean, comfortable and spacious. Air con works perfect if you keep doors shut. Pool is massive always loungers to be had top tip the brown ones are newer and more comfortable. Pool bar perfect, entertainment during day just the right amount repetitive yes but again who cares your on holiday better than sitting at home. Food is decent to much bread to resist 😂 you will not go hungry that's for sure Super duper close to absolutely everything you could want but still far enough out like 10 mins walk to beach literally Listen relax unwind this place hits all the buttons unless you choose for it not to. Have a great time we certainly are x

Overall, our stay in Garbi Mallorca was pleasant, but we encountered some issues during our visit. The front desk lady's attitude was disappointing when we needed new sheets due to a room cleaning mistake. Language barrier made it harder to communicate. However, the rest of the staff was friendly, and the food was acceptable. It would have been better to have some afternoon snacks available even for purchase. We hope the hotel can address these concerns for future guests.

I can’t tell you how happy I was with the service we received at the Garbo. We were English in a predominantly German hotel but it was fine. In General the staff were absolutely wonderful. Kind thoughtful and really keen to make us have a great holiday. Our bar man at the pool and cleaning lady were the best! My daughter suffered though with the unwanted attention of a waiter old enough to be her dad. At times it was really predatory. In all honesty I think it would be fine if you are there with a boyfriend or dad about, but for us mealtimes became a bit of a nightmare. Well done to the Garbo in general though!

We came on a last minute holiday for a long weekend. First of all our booking wasn’t on the system! It was 2am! So we weren’t too impressed very little English so was very frustrating. Food is absolutely shocking! Barely no choice and nothing is English friendly. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH! Although this isn’t the main issue it’s quite clear British aren’t overly welcome… the male receptionist even shh’d my husband a few times waving his hand because he couldn’t understand basic English! Hotel was generally ok. No vending machine no shop or anywhere to get snacks unless u leave the hotel. The rooms are ok air con didn’t work. The bath was broken and not clean. Our room was cleaned once in 5 days. Beach is nice and loads of shops outside hotel. Very German friendly and of course Spanish. But overall not impressed and a complete waste of money. Not relaxed not refreshed just £800 down 🤷🏻♀️

Vacation was great. Hotel really nice and outdoor area super pleasant. Big pool and nice area for kids. Food was delicious too. Staff were all nice. But big praise to the entertainers Noah, Samuel, Malina and Nina. It was always fun, whether for the kids or for the adults. Mini disco and evening shows great. Clear recommendation, we will definitely be back.

Super delicious, rich, daily changing buffet: various starters, salads, main courses (always fish/meat/vegetarian dishes), partly also prepared directly in front of you, rich dessert offer. Extremely attentive staff. Very clean, tastefully furnished rooms with a nice balcony. Very well cleaned daily. Super nice pool area, where there were always free loungers under umbrellas (during the Pentecost holidays). Nice animation. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach/shopping area.

We stayed at the Hotel Garbi for 12 days and were completely satisfied. The nicest thing about the whole holiday, there was no one who marched early at 5 to reserve loungers. Food, service and rooms are great. The beach is about 10 minutes away and the shopping area is only a few meters away. The animation team did a great job. Were not pushy and took time for everyone. The highlight of our children was the mini disco. We can absolutely recommend the hotel.
