Please do not read all the negative reviews and be put off! I think a lot of the reviews are people who expect 5* luxury without paying for it. I am currently staying here at the moment and do not have any complaints. Food is the food and it has been good. I go to a lot of all inclusive probably 3 times a year and this isn’t the worst I have had. If you don’t like all inclusive options then don’t go all inclusive simple. Everything is clean and tidy. Drinks at the bar are great in the evening and they let you take 4 or even 6. So it’s better for you. The facilities are all working fine. Yes pools a little chilly but it’s May? Weather hasn’t been perfect so what do you expect!!!!! No where abroad will have a heated pool. Our kids are loving it. The only downside I would say is the sofa beds in rooms are just single sofas, so they are quite small. But they are comfy! People should be realistic and stop moaning. Don’t complain about a hotel when you want to pay a cheaper premium, for family’s it is ideal!!! If you want a 5* flawless all inclusive for the same price let me know because I want to book it. All inclusive resorts that are amazing are a premium and usually adults only for a reason!!!

We're repeat visitors and love this hotel with our kids. The staff's warmth makes us feel like family. Some reviews complain about the food, but we disagree - there's tons of variety and it's always hot and freshly prepared, a big plus compared to other all-inclusives. One minor quibble: the mattresses can be a bit firm. But reception's happy to bring up a topper to make your stay more comfortable. Our tip: just ask the staff for anything you need, they're super helpful. Can't wait to come back in September! Thanks again for the wonderful treatment

Stayed with family for one week mid may . First impressions were great , a welcome drink and nice reception area . However, sadly our stay was very disappointing. The food is terrible , there are frozen ingredients and lots of processed food . There are three restaurants onsite ( included ) each was worse than the rest . The swimming pools are all cold the kids came out shivering despite the warm weather. If you want pool towels you are only allowed x 2 per week and this will cost you 10 euros per towel deposit ( never seen this before in a hotel ) The beds are hard . Although the room was basic it was ok . The pool areas are overcrowded and I dread to think how it is high season . The entertainment is very amateur . We had to spend extra money eating out and hiring cars to escape during the day . My advice Do not waste your money !

Just returned from a trip with 6 adults and 5 children, ages 1-4. I’ll give you my honest opinions on the usual stuff. Hotels grounds were vey nice with plenty of greenery. Plenty of pools a little bit cold but it is the start of the season. Kids especially loved the splash park. Food I thought was reasonably good for an AI always found something to eat, the Italian restaurant I thought was lovely main was cooked to order. Rooms were ok plenty of storage for clothes, wasn’t impressed with the cleaning dust on TV’s etc, never replenished the toilet rolls, and I think we went 3days no cleaner came at all. Entertainment I thought was great especially for the little ones at night and during the day, I must give a special mention to Nathan, Ella and Saskia who were absolutely fantastic with the kids in our party always had time for them and work the socks off during the day and at the kids discos game shows and HV productions. The silent disco was brilliant fun as was the saxophone player with DJ. Overall i enjoyed our stay, I do think it may become a little too busy in high season though.

Amazing family hotel for all ages & disability friendly which I loved. Best family based hotel, 100% recommend!! My little girl is autistic & visually impaired & the reps went above & beyond! They took their time to understand her needs & made arrangements in the kids club so she could have a 1 to 1 to be with her at all times. Pros - - Food is amazing! 5+ choices of meats at tea time, chefs carving & cooking in front of you. Lots of choices each day and all very tasty. Smack, kebab and ice cream bars are great! - Slush cocktails, estrella on draft & fizzy drink machines dotted all over which is great. - Louds of activities for all ages: kids club, football academy, paddle boarding, archery, climbing wall & more! The reps are fantastic!! - Great choice of pools and lots of sun beds. - Disability friendly all around the hotel. Ramps & elevator chair to get into the pools. - We paid extra for the rooftop jacuzzi room which was amazing & great for my daughter. - Your family can use the spa pool 1pm-3pm - Rooms cleaned 5 times a week - Other restaurants on site to visit during your stay - Free shuttle bus every 15 minutes to & from the beach which is 5/10 minutes away. Great walk along the sea front bars, shops & restaurants are lovely :) Cons - -Music plays very loudly until 11pm/12pm. The stage is in the middle of the hotel so you can hear the entertainment everywhere in the hotel. Hard to get the little one to sleep when abba is blasting. - Loud leaf blower machine waking everyone up at 7am… annoying but everywhere outside gets cleaned everyday & it’s spotless :) - Tui rep never to been seen but the holiday village reps are always there :) - No where to go if it rains which it did every day when we were there. Over all it’s fanatic and don’t hesitate to book :)

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean in beautiful well kept grounds. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, especially Daniela, who worked in the restaurant. Her beautiful smile just exuded kindness and warmth, she had the patience of a saint with our toddler, nothing was too much trouble for her. Food was very good but felt too much choice, maybe less options but better quality would work better. A free shuttle bus ran into Cala Millor every 15 minutes which was much appreciated. The only negative was the lack of recycling facilities, the bins were overflowing with paper cups at the end of the day. Would certainly recommend this hotel, the entertainment team were great too, perfect for families with young children.
