Staff members here are extremely welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Demi, (hopefully got her name right) on the front desk. There’s lots and pros and cons to this place, but going so late in the season I think we copped more cons than pros. Rooms are perfectly fine, beds aren’t the greatest but have definitely slept on worse. Cleaning is a bit hit and miss. Pools are absolutely freezing, had it not been for the indoor pool, up to only my knees would have seen water this last week. The food was probably the least enjoyable part of this holiday. 2 out of the three restaurants were pretty much shut for the duration of our stay, the Italian was nothing to write home about either. The buffet was meant to be themed every night, definitely didn’t see that. The spicy and mint kebab bar unfortunately shut two days into our holiday, shame as the kids loved the ice cream bar and the kebabs were pretty good too. Having eaten out 3 nights out of seven sort of sums it up. The activities and the staff helping out with them were really good, but I’d say more aimed at 6 plus. Shame as we had a 4 year old with us, but the 8 year old really enjoyed it. The free bus to the beach is a really nice touch and gives you a welcome break from the hotel as it is a bit off the beaten track. It was the end of the season but as far as I’m concerned you’re still a paying guest and should receive what you pay for and I don’t think we got that. All in all the staff are great, the resort is clean enough, food is average so for me anymore than a week here and I’d be climbing the walls.
