An amazing hotel The entertainment was amazing!! PTY is so much fun and also the local acts that come in once a week are amazing too. The kids club reps are just AMAZING always remembering peoples names and always coming to chat to you and play with you - they are all so much fun The food and drink is soooo good ! The breakfast always tastes so good the best meal of the day! Pancakes with Nutella and strawberry sauce wqs my fav the kids bit has a good selection, lunch at the snack bar and the buffet is amazing-at the snack bar there’s burgers, chicken nuggets , hot dogs , chips , fruits, vegetables and lots more and the dinner is a themed night very night and they’re all very good , the ice cream and kebab bar they food is amazing The room is so nice and clean - we had a roof terrace balcony and the hot tub was amazing to sit in and lots of space on the balcony terrace and the smaller one All the pools are massive ! We returned to this hotel after our amazing holiday here in 2019. We booked a private transfer this year as the coach is too big for us. On arrival staff met us at the door and took our cases for us while we walked to reception to get our room details, hotel Info and arrival drinks. Reception staff are some of the first people you meet through the door and are such fresh happy faced people. Demi checked us in and truly is amazing. We were able to drop our cases in the room and head straight to the restaurant for food - some people in our party require gluten free / vegetarian dishes the hotel can cater for this with no worries - Majorca are good for gluten free. I think our only complaint in the restaurant would be the allergen person - Sharon. she just wasn’t very cheery at all if you said thank you there was never a “you’re welcome “ or even a smile. The plate was just thrown down on your table and she was turned and gone. Never followed up for any dessert options or checked in on to make sure things were ok, also did not look like she wanted to be there. I appreciate people have bad days but she must be having bad weeks - as I am aware I’m not the only person who found her to be like this. However I did not let this spoil my holiday. Sebastian greeted us every day and shared an interest of fishing with my son so we would have good conversation about this. The chef provided some good gluten free / vegetarian dishes something different was available every day - I’d also like to give a very big shout out to Patricia who was on at lunch time - this lady was amazing . Always smiling and keen to make sure things are ok recognised me and came to me if she saw me. Otherwise good variety of buffet food over the week, also have themed nights on top of the usual options available. Something for everyone in my opinion. Rooms we had swim ups that were in block 3 . It’s great to have the space away from a busy pool scene just for down time. The room was cleaned 6 days out of 7 - slippy floors when feet are wet we used a bath Matt in bathroom and often one at patio doors where kids would come in and out of pool for toilet. Water nice and hot in the showers - and the rooms have kettle, fridge, TV and safe. I found. The beds comfier this year. Main pool where things happen through the day - my kids and adults loved the pool quiz and bing bong bingo also loved the game for adults water wars! Took part in lots of activities but get there at start of session as your allocated a time slot and they are limited - this is different than previous years where you have just lined up. Reps we didn’t meet them all but special shout out to Ash and Cass who took the time and were nice and cheery with my anxious daughter. Entertainment team WOW aren’t you guys just so full of energy! You guys are like celebrities for the kids at HVs Lewis, Jenna and Tyler you were amazing for us ! ! ⭐️ and Rhian my god your voice ❤️ Night time entertainment - get in

I stayed there in winter on january with my family and I should say that we loved absolutely loved it, so was very worried about the weather but I’ve got to say we was lucky yes it rained a couple of times but unlike England it passed after a few minutes later and before you knew it it was 24 degrees beautiful.

Visited for 10 days from 1st June. I started to get a bad feeling about this hotel from the minute we arrived, when I was told we would need to pay 18EUR for a cot for our 27 month old as he is “over 2 and not a baby anymore” so could sleep on the sofa.. While we waited for the cot to arrive (10pm at night) we went to grab some food, there was only a “cold buffet” which consisted of some white bread and cold meats. Sadly in my view the food didn’t get much better the rest of the holiday: there wasn’t a huge amount of choice unless you like burgers, nuggets, pasta and pizza on repeat and there were always long queues for the show cooking, as well as long queues at the main bar at night when you want to get a drink. The rooms are generally ok, basic, just about clean and big enough for a family of 4, however the air con is nowhere near cool enough and I dread to think how hot it would be in the height of summer! The beds are just as hard as people have stated in other reviews and my husband and I found it really uncomfortable and ended up tag teaming the sofa on many nights! The biggest surprise to me compared to other TUI holidays I have been on was how this hotel is TOTALLY geared towards kids. There isn’t a piano bar or space where parents can chill out a bit, everyone congregates at the entertainment area which is loud and over run with kids. We do also like to have a “chill out” option when on holiday and aside from the sports bar which is just rows and rows of chairs lined up (weirdly reminds me of an old people’s home), there really isn’t enough choice of bars considering the number of people here. We used the kids club a fair bit and the staff there were lovely, this is a definite positive of the hotel and I would say all the staff are very friendly and hard working. The “party bus” to the beach was also great. TBH I wish I had trusted my gut feeling when reading reviews and booked elsewhere. I have never EVER counted “days til I go home” whilst on holiday before but I have to admit to doing so on this holiday which probably sums up how I felt about it!The main reason for this is the food and the poor sleep.

here now day 7 out of 11 and already thinking again for next year . the negative nellys I'm sorry but they are just that this hotel totally deserves its 4 star rating. food , staff , facilities ,cleanliness drinks available alcoholic and non alcoholic is fantastic . the kids club go above and beyond for all the kiddies even putting pressure on themselves trying to go above and beyond for the kids . shout out to all the kids staff but massive shout out to cass amd Ash absolutely amazing girls . the bedroom facilities are superb very high standards staying in block 1 and thrilled with this. food snacks kebabs icecream desserts and all in between is fantastic only ate in the Italian restaurant was delicious really good pasta and pizza . Manuel well all I can say is he is a joy to this hotel in so many ways . people who comes with bad attitudes and who don't want to even try and enjoy thats exactly what will happen you won't enjoy it and it's a shame because it's an amazing hotel resort and I wouldn't listen to any negative reviews personally I find the beds ok my partner not so much but never stays awake or doesn't sleep because of this ask for extra pillows to make extra comfort maybe . television in rooms have decent English channels also . bikes available for rental very cheap .

Our first family holiday with our two toddlers, the hotel caters for everything you will need for a family with littles. Our room even had a baby bath !! Multiple pools and although a little cold the kids pool and splash park was brilliant. I had the best massage I’ve ever had in the spa. As our trip progressed the hotel got busier but the staff were not phased. The hotel is so clean and tidy and all facilities are super handy. The spice and mint kebab shop is yummy! The kids entertainment is so attentive. The comedian on Saturday night was hilar and the cocktails included go down a treat. All the staff are so friendly and we will be tipping housekeeping who do an amazing job.

We have just returned and can honestly say we had an amazing family holiday. The room was comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Good choice of food in the main buffet restaurant for all meals. Ate in the indian on one night and the italian on one night and both were lovely. The kebab/ice cream pool bar was great too. The party shuttle bus runs about every 20 mins and was great for going to the beach/main resort. We had a brilliant time and hope to return!

Staff members here are extremely welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Demi, (hopefully got her name right) on the front desk. There’s lots and pros and cons to this place, but going so late in the season I think we copped more cons than pros. Rooms are perfectly fine, beds aren’t the greatest but have definitely slept on worse. Cleaning is a bit hit and miss. Pools are absolutely freezing, had it not been for the indoor pool, up to only my knees would have seen water this last week. The food was probably the least enjoyable part of this holiday. 2 out of the three restaurants were pretty much shut for the duration of our stay, the Italian was nothing to write home about either. The buffet was meant to be themed every night, definitely didn’t see that. The spicy and mint kebab bar unfortunately shut two days into our holiday, shame as the kids loved the ice cream bar and the kebabs were pretty good too. Having eaten out 3 nights out of seven sort of sums it up. The activities and the staff helping out with them were really good, but I’d say more aimed at 6 plus. Shame as we had a 4 year old with us, but the 8 year old really enjoyed it. The free bus to the beach is a really nice touch and gives you a welcome break from the hotel as it is a bit off the beaten track. It was the end of the season but as far as I’m concerned you’re still a paying guest and should receive what you pay for and I don’t think we got that. All in all the staff are great, the resort is clean enough, food is average so for me anymore than a week here and I’d be climbing the walls.

Stayed here for half term with the family and I’ve got to say we loved absolutely loved it, first time here and first time going away in October so was very caution about what it was going to be like weather wise mostly but I’ve got to say we was lucky yes it rained a couple of times but unlike England it passed after 5 minutes and before you knew it it was 24 degrees beautiful. So the big things about the hotel before going and reading on here was the beds and the cold pools so I’ll talk about them first. The beds are exactly what people have been saying, they are uncomfortable like really uncomfortable I’d say the first night maybe even second we was fine but as each night passed in the morning our backs were getting worse, not the kids on the sofa they were fine but me and the mrs oh my word it wasn’t pleasant waking up you need a good 5-10 min stretch on the back, what I will say is don’t book 2 weeks, infact don’t book anymore than 7 nights because you’ll just be dreading going to bed I think 7 nights is perfect there. As for the pools they are cold I can’t lie but what people have to remember is when coming in October they are going to be, in the summer when it’s 30 plus degrees you jump in the pool to cool down, on the days we were there tho it was 24,25 degrees yes the pools were cold still but after a while of moving around in there you was fine, now you could go in the spa pool for a few hours a day with the kids which we did once and the pool is nice and warm and the kids love it but it’s not big and everyone else seemed to have the same idea so we only did that once because it became claustrophobic well it felt like that to us. My kids loved the splash pad they were running around there for hours and also the kids pools were great too TIP for people who go in October or if you hate the cold pools or if your kids don’t like them and that is to go on the shuttle bus to the beach, it’s free the hotel provide it, the drive to the beach is about 3 minutes so it’s nothing and the reason I say this is a tip is because the beach is amazing our kids loved it we went back a second day the sea is a lot warmer than the pools the sea had little waves our kids were addicted to the sea they stayed in there for most of the 2 days so I recommend doing that. As for the rest of the hotel the food we thought was great I feel that those who didn’t like it and complain are people who never do all inclusive because for a all inclusive hotel the food was better than all the ones I’ve been too before, there’s always a queue for pancakes and omelettes which can be a off put but there both so nice you have to have them the only thing we wasn’t a fan of was the deserts they look nice but don’t taste great and the ice cream in the restaurant we didn’t have due to the fact on our first day a kid coughed all over the ice cream which put us off. The staff were all amazing we had a issue at the start it was sorted straight away the cleaners were in most days to cl
