The hotel is stunning. Great architecture. The restaurant is also very nice. CAUTION - Since it's located in a national reserve, you must be in before 8PM. The forest service will close the gate. I arrived at 8:02PM and the gate was closed. Fortunately one side was open so I went through there. Account for the windy and steep roads. Also, the rain. You will be able to leave until the park open up.
After 10PM the front desk closes so you will be dealing with security.
Our room faced the volcano which was amazing. The room are spacious and clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided help and information at any time needed. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The restaurant food was excellent.

Not so great
Ok, the service great on lobby, restaurant not at all great, food not so good, room clean and pretty, not hot water, not heater, is a pretty place but not hot water or heater is not comfortable for the weather up there, need to fix that maybe with solar panels.
