It's a decent hotel with a lot of details that aren't quite right. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are excellent. The maid didn't empty the trash cans during our two-night stay, nor was the shampoo ever refilled in the dispenser in the shower. There are no carpets or rugs in the room so you're constantly walking on luxury vinyl plank flooring with wet feet. After you get out of the shower. There are no Kleenex boxes or dispensers in the room, and the TV programming was difficult to decipher, especially the secondary audio program in order to listen to the TV in English rather than Spanish. Also, the closed captioning never worked on the TV

The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good. Not much to see in the surrounding area. Good hotel for business travelers.

Comfortable hotel. Easy to access. Free underground parking.
Beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi.
Friendly staff.
Disappointed by the breakfast juices which are industrial and bad.
