All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. 3rd bed is a futon style foam queen mattress located in the guest bedroom. Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided. One non-shedding, potty trained dog is also welcome at this home, with additional pet fee, however there is not a yard. Dog can never be left alone inside or outside home. We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon! Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
