A very special memory and trip spent at this perfect hotel, the courtyard with pool and bamboo trees was memorable, the room was very clean and next to 711 very close by, and the house was very convenient with amenities such as microwave fridge. Will take my family back if I have the chance.

My family was traveling together. We stayed at a hotel on the way. It was a motel with old facilities. We asked for a newly renovated room. It was newly renovated, but it was just average. The cleanliness was OK. The girl at the front desk was very good. It was OK for a one-night stay. The deposit on the card was refunded on the day of departure, which was OK.

We would book this accommodation again if we were to travel to Santa Barbara again. There are many restaurants, a great bookstore (Chaucer's) and a large supermarket (Gelson's) directly across from the accommodation. The pool is not heated, which is really not necessary in the summer. In the morning, coffee and hot water for tea etc. is available at the reception.
